if you were to ask me what is a common
characteristic of a flock employee it'd
be low ego easy to work with and salt of
the earth we're not your average tech
company we're focused on impacting our
communities and eliminating crime so
when i think about what a prospective
employee should know about flock it's
really a trifecta of an opportunity it's
incredibly interesting work a compelling
mission
it's
a complete change in the trajectory of
your career it's an opportunity to join
a company that's seeing an inflection
point when your career can accelerate
after just a few years at one company so
what makes fox culture a little bit
different than other later stage
startups it feels shockingly small we're
a very very local company our team in
alabama there if you're a flock customer
flock is nikki if you're in louisiana
flock's jake if you're in ohio it's rick
so while we have hundreds of employees
it's such a local company that still
feels really small what's my wish for
employees post flock
it's that they look back at their years
with us as the inflection point of their
career that they made a material impact
on their community and built great
relationships in the process i know we
might not work together forever
but if our time together can be
something that you look back on and i
look back on positively then i know
we'll have done something incredible
together
