Did Flock get hacked?
No, that's [music] definitely not
accurate. Most people today, when they
hear a company's been hacked, they
assume like full data breach. All their
data is gone, it's on the dark web,
everyone's got access to it now,
everything's been exposed. That [music]
is not the case here whatsoever. There's
a video that claimed they they hacked
80,000 cameras. That's not true as well.
They were able to illicitly acquire one
[music] camera that was never deployed
to any customer. It was never properly
updated so never received any security
operating system updates and then never
connected to our cloud so never received
any of the correct configurations. If
that had all happened, there would have
been [music] nothing found because those
vulnerabilities were already known. So,
no, Flock has has not been hacked.
