Design Review Board — 2024-02-13

“Captain D lifts the fog — you take the notes.”

When Design Review Board convenes on February 13, 2024, First Mate Marina dives for the sunken agenda while Captain D raises his lantern over the murk of civic jargon. Pip tallies every vote from the wheelhouse of the steamboat "Public Record." SPECIAL FEATURE: the original agenda packet is enclosed on this tape. Captain D and his crew sail the municipal waterways, lifting the fog off the public record so anyone can follow along.
