POLE-POSITION RULES
RACE THE CLOCK: the car auto-cruises down one forced course. Boost on straightaways, brake for traffic, and keep the car between the curbs.
SOAK THE TRAP: every active camera projects a red scan line across the entire roadway. Steer until the lock box turns green, then hold WATER for three hits. A soaked unit fizzles and smokes.
RAM THE POLE: move onto the camera’s shoulder and hit it. The trap goes down, but the car loses 35 health and its maximum speed is cut in half for the rest of the run.
CROSS ACTIVE: passing a live scan line causes a flash, ends the turn, and restarts the route. Disabling a checkpoint adds time.
