Flock Cameras Are Tracking Americans? Here’s What You Need To Know

Um, especially dealing with that young lady that was in Jackson, Mississippi, um, that was found lynched, you know, hanging from a tree. And, um, that was sad. That's sad. Like, there's something going on, guys, dealing with these fly cameras and everything that you see. um certain pieces of food is causing certain bacterias um fruits causing people to get sick. You know, they were trying to hurry up and get um another vaccine to roll out before they exposed Fouchy. I think that's still happening, but I'm not sure exactly when. Uh we'll we probably will touch on that later. The flock cameras being posted up everywhere. Keep in mind, they're not new. A lot of people are just becoming aware of them, but they started putting up these flock cameras when they sent everybody home. I told you that. They started in 2020. Maybe not that company flock, but it was already surveillance cameras being put up nationwide. Those repeaters when they were repeating the 5G signals, they had cameras on them, surveillance cameras, 3D. In fact, 3D cameras picking up audio. They not only pick up video, they pick up audio as well. 3D cameras, they're very similar to the cell phone cameras that you have right now on your Android or Apple device. Yeah. 2019. Yep. Google security wanted to make sure that was me that signed in a more or less I appreciate that. Thank you for becoming a member all over Brooklyn since 2019. Now, they um they've been around for quite some time. It's just that now people are becoming aware of them and they're trying to, you know, latch it on to this one company Flock. And it's more than just them. It's way more than just them. Um if you just take a look at the history of this, they have it set up where some of these cameras will look like trees. Some of these cameras will look like um street lights like on a street pole. Some of these cameras will look like um what did I say? I did say trees. The street lights. Um of course they have them at the traffic intersections. Um some of them look like mailboxes. Um some of them look like signs like on a road like uh stop signs. They got it embedded in there. Keep in mind, they don't have to have like a huge covering around the lens as long as they got a motherboard and a lens. They could place it in anything and make it look like anything. Um, but we're going to get into it. People are catching on. Who are they for? The Americans. They're spying on Americans. Now, what they're going to say, let me explain. What they're going to say is that it's very useful for uh police officers to handle investigations uh quite quickly because say for example some crime happened in a particular neighborhood and they don't know what happened. They pulled up on onto the scene to investigate, grab all the uh he say she say stuff, they could also roll back on these cameras. Also, if somebody's transporting weed illegally, cocaine illegally, they running everybody's license or tag rather, they running your tag. Um, like don't you know when you pull up at the um what are those checkpoints called? The uh um damn and they charge you a little bit um to go through what the tolls when you pull up at the toll. These cameras are worse than that. Like even though these cameras are those cameras are taking pictures of your license plates, these cameras are rolling 24 hours. And this is a part of your data centers, okay? Uh that you see these all that data is being saved into those data centers that are close to your neighborhood and the police have access to that. Now, they're noticing that a lot of people uh in law enforcement are misusing these flock hammers to spy on their exes, to spy on uh certain criminals uh that have been con convicted previously, but are now trying to, you know, walk their life in a different path, try to do the right thing. They're spying on you, but they've been using these cameras for a long time on particular people that they want to target in every state. in every state. And also, this works right along with your dash cameras. I want to let y'all know that. Look this up. Those dash cameras that you have in your car, Flock is able to tap into that technology based on who created that dash cam. But they're implementing that here shortly where they could tap into your dash cam. Um, look that up. That's that's the next step. I'm going to tell you that right now. You probably just hearing that from me right now. Um, but that's coming. They about to start tapping into your dash cams. Um, and your reverse camera and all those 3D cameras that's on your Teslas. I told you that was coming anyway. Like you think it was just, oh, you know, automated driving and you know, oh wow, the convenience. Look, my car could drive me. Yeah, they looking at you. Now, some people going to be like, well Dane, I don't got nothing to worry about. I'm not no drug dealer. I don't do nothing wrong. But what if you was late on your payment for your car? They could shut your car down, take it right there on the spot. What if you felt like you needed to hurry up and go out of town to go visit some young lady that you trying to holl at? You behind like two days on your car note. They going to meet you right there when you meeting your friend cuz they got all the cameras. And I'm smiling, but it's not funny. It's not. It's really not funny. Um, those of you that thought weed was legal and now they all of a sudden trying to make it illegal, they trying to see who was out there selling weed illegally before they tried to, you know, federalize it and say the farmland act and all the rest of that stuff. Now all of a sudden each state retracting it, all of a sudden out here in Texas, they made Delta 8 illegal. You can't even smoke the stuff they got at the little smoke shops. That's not even, you know, that highgrade marijuana. They like, nah, you can't even do that now. 10 years in jail. Now I'm over exaggerating. And I forgot how many it was, but they not paying attention to these PDFs out here, you know, dealing with children and stuff like that. All these flock cameras, you ain't arrest nobody in the Epstein files. I'm saying like what you using the fly cameras for other than to spy on other Americans, being nosy, trying to see what they doing in life because those people don't have no life. That's what's going on. They don't like when you see a law enforcement sitting in his vehicle sitting on his computer, what you think he doing? Scrolling on Facebook, scrolling through his phone? What you think he doing? Spying on his his girl, his his his side piece. They got the right to log into these flock cameras and find out. They getting caught up in that, too. We going to talk about that. they're getting caught in the act and people bringing that to the public's attention. A lot of the things I'm going to be covering tonight, um, I felt as though this was going to be, uh, I'mma consider it a special edition because all the videos I'm getting ready to play are going to be from different, um, news stations that are done locally. Because I know, and I said this before, I know for a fact that a lot of people out there that are probably going to watch this video have no idea about certain things that's happening. It's no longer about the civil rights activists anymore. It's about the content creators. They could go out there and pay content creators cash buku money to stir the to stir the narrative now. And they got bots everywhere. bot farms that they could pay thousands of dollars to to make people's numbers, you know, fluctuate, but to make it seem like they are there, like it's a lot of people watching them, a lot of people subscribe to them, a lot of people are commenting. It's all fraud. It's all fraud. They say between 60 to 80% of the views on social media is bots. 60 to 80% of the views on social media platforms are bots. That's huge. If you're brand new, starting in February 2027, they have now doubled their recommendations in order for you to become a part of the YouTube monetization program. So instead of the requirement of four what they no 4,000 views within uh how long they say I think it's like between 30 to 90 days now it's 8,000 8,000 watch hours instead of and I meant to say watch hours and then views it was if you're a shorts content creator it went from 10 million views within the 30 to 90 day I think that part is right 30 to 90 day time period, you have to average 10 million views. Now it's 20 million. Now it's 20 million in order for people to get paid. And I think some it's going to, you know, get some backlash for certain people. It don't affect those who are already on the platform, already in the program. But the new income, I think that's to combat the bots, to be honest. I think that's the combat the bots and kabat AI because it's hella people out there right now creating AI channels and making buku well they was making buku money before YouTube just recently laid the hammer down and got rid of like they got rid of close to 200k channels AI channels like straight up AI voices that be over there sounding like AI and you know they just flashing through pictures and stuff like that flashes through videos where you do little to no work. AI handle everything. Yeah, YouTube caught up to that, you know, and I Yeah, I'm glad YouTube is cracking down on that. I'm glad. That's why YouTube is like, "Hey, everybody get on camera. If you don't pop up on camera, you ain't." That's why you see my black ass on screen. I was like, "Hold on. Uhuh. I do too much work. You ain't about to say I'm AI. Yeah, I am. I I've been here before they started rolling out AI. Same thing with my work. Goddamn it. Shoot. It's on your cell phone, too. They recording the conversations and they taking pictures when you not even know. And this is legal, by the way. This is legal. There's a Oh, remember? And okay, when this happened in 2021, where I was talking about the the fact that the fly cameras was on the way, but I was telling y'all that they were uh surveillancing uh surveilling you in the um cars, right? Not just Tesla, but all those new cars starting in 2024 and up. Hold on. I believe it was either 2023 or 2024 and up. The majority of people do not want to be filmed. Please do the right thing to the streets themselves. NBC affiliate Carol 11. I forgot y'all can't see it. My bad, y'all. Hold on. You know I'm one man army. My bad. My bad. Hold on. Cities across Minnesota say the surveillance cameras are targets stolen, damaged, or vandalized in recent months. We have six cameras. Only two of them are active right now. Four have been damaged at different points in time. And even a candidate for Congress in Tennessee running as an independent is currently facing felony vandalism charges for allegedly using a shotgun to take out Flock cameras. He's yet to enter a plea. His campaign said he is unable to comment on the allegations. Wait, why are he using a shotgun to take him out? You don't need a shotgun to take them out. But I mean, okay, whatever. Clearly a debate playing out from coast to coast. I think we should completely remove them. NBC News covered the controversy in depth last month as dozens of municipalities canled or let their contracts with Flock expire over the past year. Now, keep in mind, they lit it. This is not the only company. I don't know why they keep talking about Flock as if Flock is the only company, and they are not the only company. In fact, I'll make a list. I'll come back and I'll make a list of the companies that got these type of surveillance cameras. I'll make. And don't forget that you got a surveillance. I did say this earlier. You got a surveillance camera on your phone. That's a 3D camera. You got it on your watch, too. If you got the Apple Watch or the Samsung watch, you got it. It's on you. That's why you have to stop with those watches. You got it. You Oh my. But dang, it's going to tell me about my health. Yeah, they're monitoring your health, too. They clocking all of that. All of that. As a matter of fact, I showed you that, too. I showed you that as well. Showed you the um what was that y'all? Who? It was during the live stream and I pulled all those records up. Woo. You lucky I don't have that right in front of me right now. But um yeah, it was dealing with their surveillance and your health as well. You Oh, you think that's to keep you healthy? What you think that's for? Since when? when the pharmaceutical industry making billions of dollars to keep you. Okay. To treat you, not cure you. All right. And at least 15 more rejected proposed block contracts due to community push back. Your community is telling you that we don't want this. The cameras are installed at intersections and capture detailed vehicle data which AI can analyze to identify people and alert authorities who which AI can use to identify people. So, not just the cameras, AI, too. Keep that in mind. It's an important crime fighting tool, but critics argue they go too far. You know, I'm all for putting the bad guys away. I've got a wife and baby at home, so I understand. But I do think it's definitely invasion of privacy. This is above and beyond the license plate detection. And you can see that it sort of follows him in the shot. For our previous coverage, I met with the co-founders of Deflock Pasadena, a grassroots organization hoping to pressure Pasadena to cancel its existing contract with Flock. What's the biggest concern here? I think the biggest concern is that if these technologies were used by police for a wrongful conviction, that basically ruins someone's life. I also wanted to get a sense of and they are we going to get into that too. Enforcement. So we went to Alama County. You hear an alert tone. What does that tell you? So the alert tone is related to the license plate readers and it lets us know that there's been an activation. There's one right now uh on a vehicle traveling past one of our cameras that are positioned in a public place. What could that mean exactly? It could mean a number of things. Uh that camera network is hooked up to the Department of Justice. So the stolen vehicle system. Uh, it could be an armed robbery car, carjacking, a murder vehicle. I mean, this thing is going off. Is hooked up to the Department of Justice. You hear the notifications in the background. That's not me. That's their notifications going off in the background. We get a lot of alerts in this county. While it may receive information from federal law enforcement, Alama County insists the data isn't flowing the other way. We have absolutely no external sharing with any federal agencies or immigration. Cap. Now that's cap. That's cap. Now, okay, maybe not from your department to them, but they have access to these fly cameras as well. It's not just law enforcement. Okay, so of course that would be the politically correct answer given his position. Okay, but no, the fly cameras are just not for law enforcement officials to review. Like, let's not act like that's it. Oh, no, no, no. Why you think they're there? Oh, to assist the police officers only. Yeah. Okay. You got another thing coming. Access our data uh without our knowledge. Oakland, which is in Alama County, also has seen its lock cameras vandalized with paint earlier this year. Insists it's strengthened guardrails to secure data that's being collected. I know there's concerns about whether or not this data is being shared with ICE. Flock does not have a relationship with ICE. The company says where But Flock has a relationship with the federal government. So if the federal government tells Flock to do something in favor of ICE, they're going to have to do it no matter what. Those body cameras that they're wearing, very similar to this camera that they're showing, extremely similar. Don't play. It's shared is really up to local authorities. Cities actually control the data completely and have complete authority over how it's being used. Back in Minnesota, Care 11 reports data that isn't part of an active investigation has to be deleted within 60 days according to state law. The second we realize the vehicle is not involved. It's gone. 30 days later, it's deleted. No one ever pays attention to it again. Now, notice she said 60. He just said 30. Hold on. Let me let me back that up real quick. Cities actually control Hold on. Hold on. completely and have complete authority over how it's being used. But if you got that registration tied to a private business, that's a lawsuit. Who never pays attention to it again. Still the controversy. Keep in mind, privacy, private. Critics argue the real danger isn't just the technology, of course. It's who has access to it. Every time your car passes one of these flock cameras, it logs your license plate and creates a record of where you've been. That record sticks around for at least 30 days. There are already over 120,000 flock cameras around the country. But some police officers have begun misusing the technology. Just this week, the Washington Post reported that number is at least 50 and growing. This week in Morsville, North Carolina, just north of Charlotte, a female officer allegedly used the department's flock cameras database to track her ex-boyfriend's wife's movement 31 times. These 10 other incidents, three of them I understand are potentially significant. Can you tell us what they are? Well, I can talk in generalities about it. Right. When we went through our audit, we we saw that there was 10 um incidents officers that showed us some concerns. As we started to go more through the data, um she was obviously the first for a number of reasons, right? I mean, she's tracking her boyfriend's ex-wife. There's a problematic. They're in a custody battle. So, we knew that we had to put that one to bed pretty pretty quick um because of all the potential that could happen there. So, that [clears throat] one took some time. We wanted to make sure. And then so we got her got her got her arrested and now we're moving on to the other ones. I can tell you as of this evening um we've eliminated most of those. Okay. We are down to one more one more questionable issue and the operational impact policy changes enforced safeguards expanded investigation problematic finding system audits. Um the department will maintain its strict 30-day recurring audit log to spot unauthorized searches. um officers must now provide active case number and answer verification prompts for every um single search. The question I would have is why wouldn't these So they're giving them security prompts now before they utilize the fly that ain't going to stop shitards have been in place before. Ain't no safeguards, right? Why wasn't there any safeguard? Okay, let me hear his answer to that. Prompts for every um single search. The question I would have is why wouldn't these safeguards have been in place before? Yeah, I think you know because Flack is so new uh that they have a pretty detailed drop- down menu that's used um but what we found is that the drop- down menu doesn't have everything that we need in there. Okay. I think unfortunately events like this spotlight the little um problems that could be in those systems. So, we put an additional safeguard, as you said, to have a case number in there where there has to be a little more information about what you're doing, where you're doing it. And now, keep in mind, Flock been around for years, but they're probably referring to the cameras installation could be new and those particular areas, but Flock has been around for a minute, and it's more than just Flock as the company that are creating these surveillance cameras. Way more, way more than just them. just more information that we need that we feel comfortable having. Okay. There have been u dozens of cities that have now cancelled their contracts with Flock because people are now seeing what access to information the government um has. The CEO of Flock was on NewsNation earlier today. Take a listen. We believe that everyone has a fundamental right to be safe regardless of what zip code you were born in. any level of abuse greater than zero of flock. Look at flocks count. Look at their map. And this the CEO. Look at their map. Or any police tool is unacceptable. When you're given power, which is what we give to local law enforcement, accountability has to be there. I I do appre. Now, keep in mind it's all right. It's not just law enforcement. Even though they're trying to position this as if this is only helping law enforcement, it is not only helping law enforcement, they're helping the government. They have a government contract with the federal government. Then they have contracts, newer contracts with these state, local governments, little contracts each county. But those little counties add up. That's a big deal. And then ask yourself this question, where this flock get this information from. When you dig a little deeper, when they say their use of AI, you're going to notice that open AI is involved as well. Who's open AI? The same company that gave you how many different AIs that went viral? especially Chat GPT and they have a few contracts with the federal government right now for this very reason. And I told you this was going to come back up. That's why Oh, and we're going to get into their data breach. I don't know if you guys heard that. We're going to get into that. Um, and Meta had a data breach as well. In fact, most of you guys should know this. A like about maybe I want to say like 5 days ago, T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon all went down simultaneously. And it wasn't just a server issue. AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon all went down. The day before that, planes, and I don't want to say planes went down. um aircraft communications went down where they had to ground flights the day before. Yes, again. Yep. This happened again, Erica. Where they had the ground flights and notice how they not saying none of this. We ain't hearing nothing about it, but people are complaining. People T-Mobile people were saying um that they couldn't send messages. It was SOS messages. when they tried to send it through. T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon all were affected the very next day after they had the ground flights nationwide. It's all correlating to what the government is setting up. And this is not a scare tactic. This is not fear-mongering. I'm only reporting what's going on. And he already told you what they're doing. It's not like they're hiding it. They want full control. Well, tonight, flock cameras are front and center again. Savannah police have terminated six employees for misusing the department's license plate cameras. WJCL22 News's Kirsty Melkco reports on what we know so far. Four police officers and two civilian employees now terminated from the Savannah Police Department after an internal investigation into block camera misuse. Misuse of law enforcement technology by SPD staff will not be tolerated. Savannah Police Chief Lenny Gunther and city leaders spoke Monday before the six employees were fired. To be totally honest, I'm disappointed. I'm pissed off about it. Officials say the internal review began on July 27th and found searches that appeared unrelated to legitimate police work. The alleged misconduct involves conducting non-law enforcement related searches on personal acquaintances and family members as well as one instance where an officer provided system access to personnel from an outside agency. According to the department, that means they have been infiltrated. That's deep right there. That's deep. Did y'all hear that? Listen. Listen. Acquaintances and family members as well as one instance where an officer provided system access to personnel from an outside agency. from an outside agency, not necessarily police agency, but an outside agency. Interesting. And when you do your research on these cameras and who is at the top of these cameras getting them getting them to roll out ever since 2019, you going to see Israel at the top and they going to try to target all the people that was coming down on Netanyahu or Epstein. Smart AI techn smart AI technology that they can utilize bypass certain security walls that are or firewalls that are put up and certain uh computer systems that they implement these chips in and those folks in foreign countries could tap into it and have a field day. Like for example, the lights that I got in my office as an example, these lights have to connect to what? Bluetooth technology. Bluetooth is Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is internet. Those same frequencies, 2.4, 2.5, 5G, all connect. And if you look up these manufacturers, look up who made the chips, that's going back to China. None of this stuff is Americanmade. And they slowly recognized how much data they collected of the American people. They ain't even had to send that balloon. You see a fighter jet up in the sky immediately at any unauthorized aircraft that's flying in an unauthorized zone, unauthorized fly zone, whatever they call, I forgot what it's called. There is an outlet that's underneath your car steering wheel that is a it's a plug like an outlet. It's a plug that a device could connect to OBD that a a a device could connect to and read your car's computer feeding information read. They're tapping into that y'all. Car thieves are tapping into and you know it's a matter of time before they and I'm pretty sure they already do. I mean the police officers are getting arrested, right? Yeah. OBD2. But if they could tap into your car, let me just play him. Car thefts are often a crime of opportunity, but criminals in Connecticut are seizing on a new opportunity. Yeah, this is pretty wild. Your reporter Owen Kingsley is learning about the threat of OBD two port scanners, which can copy a brand new key fob of your car in just seconds. It's small, but it's the key to stealing your car. Technically, it's a a computer, a scan tool that will plug inside of the OBD2 port on your car. And that allows criminals essentially to reprogram a key fob that they can purchase. Giving them a new key fob that can start your car and often leaving your original fob useless. Dave Jazenski, a model garage and water. Now, what they're doing with this, hold on. This is, remember I was talking about this before in 2021. What they're doing with this is trying to make it and you're going to see the crime rate of these happening all over America. And what they're trying to do is implement this thing and I'm going to call it the black box because it's very similar to the black box that's inside of aircraft that records the movements and um uh mechanical failures, anything like it does the exact same thing. It does the exact same thing. But if you can manipulate the data Okay, hold on. I'm going too far. Hold on. Hold on. Let me play it. showed me how they use their OBD2 scanner. It would go in and we would read information for like ABS, uh, diagnostic information. A locksmith will have a license where they can go in and they can see what the key fob is. They still have to call the dealer and get a number, though. Criminals have found a way around this. Sergeant Charles Mariello supervises the autotheft task force for the Waterberry Police Department. He showed us where that OBD2 port usually is under the dashboard. He's seen these scanners a few times in recent months and they're becoming more common. It's not great for everybody around. You know, it's it's a lot of work on for us. We want to get the, you know, the victim's cars back. Newer cars are generally harder to steal with older methods like hot wiring. This new method makes virtually every You said we can use fly cameras for our proof as well. No, we can't because we can't tap into it. We would have to request it. We would have to request that footage, but not meaning like we could pull that up publicly. So, I'm not exactly sure what you saying right there, Stephanie. Maybe you saying we could request that information. There's a possibility that could be requested, but as far as us having public access to that information. We don't have that. You would have to have login credentials for that. Car on the road, a target. These cars, if you're really good at it, you can steal it under a minute. If you habitually lock your car, a criminal still needs to gain access the oldfashioned way, like breaking a window. Just kidding. But even if they get this far, there are old and new ways that you can protect yourself. They make a uh a physical OBD2 lock that um you can put over the OBD port. You also have those old school clubs that you can put over the steering wheel. Um and one other thing, uh you can actually put a physical kill switch. Let me stop. Stop. Yes, the kill switch. I done had a few cars in the past in my younger years stolen with those things right on it. Don't fall for that. I even had the one that connect to the steering wheel and connect to the um to the brake pedal. Don't fall for that. That stuff is trash. Get a kill switch. get a kill switch because it's going to take them longer to find out where it's located inside of your vehic vehicle. Hold on. But I'm I'm about to talk about OBD port. You also have those old school clubs that you can put over the steering wheel. Um and one other thing, uh you can actually put a physical kill switch in there. As this becomes a greater problem, the big solution may The kill switch needs power though. Um and it's usually going to have to be connected discreetly to your fuse box. You don't want it you know, it it got to be connected to the fuse box because it's going to need power to shut the power off. Okay? And you're going to have to if you got a good kill switch, you're going to have to have Wi-Fi access to that kill switch to be able to cut it back on or a password that you're going to have to tap some type of way. They got a few of them, a few different uh companies out there. They got different ones that will do different things. Um, but that will stop a person from stealing your vehicle. The kill switches will work. Now, the thing about that is that they have a kill switch implemented in your programming of your car already. Now, some of them um will allow you to drive the vehicle if it goes in so-called limp mode. Like, uh it doesn't have power at all. It's just going 15 to 20 miles hour hopefully to get you to a gas station. Something is wrong with the vehicle. It'll put it in limp mode. They also got like um if they have those built-in alarms, some of them do have automatic kill switches where nothing cuts on if you like say for example the battery has been disturbed. Um you took the the positive post off, restarted everything, put it back on to you know whatever it was, you you replaced the battery, the car don't start and you trying to figure out why. And it's not the battery, it's because of the kill switch that's in that car. I I ran into that problem before. Oh, I can't remember what car that was in my in my past years. I can't remember. I think that was a GM car. That could have been one of my Chevys, but um I know that's still happening, but I'm just, you know, cuz I know people got different cars right now. So, I'm just going over the ones that are normal that I can recall. But you will want to get a aftermarket kill switch put inside of your car. It's going to cost a little bit, but you want that thing there, especially if you in a high crime rate neighborhood. you got a nice car, you definitely would want to get a kill switch put in there. Um, so I mean, cuz that shut everything down. Yeah, they might have broke your glass, you know, glass all over the seat and stuff like that, but they ain't take your car. Like, you know, there are some ones out there that I can tell you right now that I know firsthand that'll make it look like they stowed the car. The whole car will shut off once it hits 10 miles hour. The windows will roll up, the doors will lock, and they would keep them stuck in there and 911 operators have been alerted and the police on them. Now, they got to be forced to climb out of that car. It's going to basically you want to delay them [ __ ] to hurry up to get the police there to get them arrested, but the car be stuck and the only person that can move that is you. Now, that's I I know about that one, okay? Firsthand. That's brand new. Y'all can look into it. You know what I'm talking about. Some of y'all may know. I'm not here to promote them companies, but I know one um already. And they're very good. Yeah. Viper. Viper used to talk. I remember the Viper one. Viper got a little bit better now. But it's one it's more ones than just Viper. Yeah. But Viper is the one that used to talk to you. You're standing too close to the car. Stand back. Step away. Whoop. Whoops. Step away. They used to talk. Viper was known for that back in the 90s, early 2000s. Viper was cooled in, but they got way better with the kill switches now. Yeah, but the what I'm talking about. Well, act like they Oh yeah, they took it and it shut right off for them as soon as they do 10 miles per hour. All right, the windows up, doors locked, everything off. They can't do nothing. That's the one. [laughter] That's the one that they panicking. And hopefully the police right around the corner because they get alerted right away. A no, not a lowjack. A lowjack is basically GPS. A lowjack is GPS. Now they they put low jacks on the vehicles. Um and like mom and pop dealerships or they they put it inside of vehicles. They have to put that in there. That's usually up under your dash. I ain't trying to really say where it's located. You can take that stuff off. Lowjacks are you can take that stuff off. Like those are no good. That's basically for the dealership if they feel like you going to reig on your payment. [ __ ] like that. Like if your if your credit score under a certain number, guaranteed they didn't put your low jack. They didn't put a low jack on your car. Guaranteed. Okay. Guaranteed. And I'm not trying to be funny at all. You know what I'm saying? There was a point and time, you know, in my past where I probably had a few low jacks on the car, but yeah, they come in there that the dealership putting that in there. It's not automatic. the dealership putting that in there before they hand you the key and you pull off. They putting that lowjack in there. But yeah, that's that's if you reig and they could it's just a GPS tracker. That's all it is for for them to come pick it up. But you can pull that off. Yeah, you can put you can put GPS trackers in your car as well. That technology is out there as well. Yes, the kill switches does have GPS. Yes. Yes. precise GPS locations at that. Yep. You just It's going It's It's going to cost you, but it's worth it. It's worth it in my opinion. Especially if you got a nice car. It's worth it. Come from your car's manufacturer. Manufacturers, they they might be able to do something as far as uh something on their end with software updates hopefully that can, you know, kind of combat this on on the manufacturer level. Um, but yeah, I think if this they're not going to do update nothing becomes more mainstream, it could be a big problem. Car thiefs are evolving. Now, the dealership is responding. KPLC's Brendan Brown joins us in studio with more. Morgan Shirley Poolyard says she brought her SUV to Kia of Lake Charles on June 17th after a tire blowout on the interstate. She says the car sat there for more than a month with little communication from the dealership. Stop. What in the world is she doing there for a tire change? The car is there for more than a month. I wouldn't I'mma tell you right now. I ladies see this the reason why see where the real women at? Type 13 real women. Where the real women at? Cuz you know you going to have to get you a man. Well, and I don't mean get you a baby father, get you a husband or nothing like that. You going to have to get a male figure. The Kia service manager admitted they used parts from her vehicle to service another customer's car without her knowledge or permission. Oh my god. They use parts on her vehicle. Y'all heard this. To service another vehicle. [screaming] Listen. Listen. This is not a game. This is real. These people exist. They are out there. much more than she bargained for. At the dealership, she noticed the hood was up on her vehicle and she started filming. She repeatedly asked why her engine had been taken apart on camera. The Kia service manager admitted they use parts from her vehicle to service another customer's car without her knowledge or permission. But taking something without permission is considered stealing. Which y'all were doing is stealing. Cuz had I not come up there, I wouldn't have known. I wouldn't have known. Y'all have just threw my car back together and expected me to drive it. And later down the line when something went wrong, I'd have been the person that y'all said was. Keep in mind, that's another thing. Mechanics will do things to your engine if you're not paying attention when you come try to get a service for something else. They will do that so they so you could come back and try to get so they could get more money from you. Watch out for these shady ass mechanics. These shady Yes. This was just for a tire change, y'all. Yep. And they had her car longer than the And maybe she was sitting back because she knew this was a paycheck. I got a feeling this lady knew. Okay. And she just got up there and just so happened to get it on camera. You know how much buu money she about to get in that court? I know she didn't. She She's smart. She intelligent. I'm assuming she going to get some money off of this. If you watching, sister, let me borrow a dollar. Let me Huh? Let me borrow a dollar. If you watching, sister, let me borrow a whole dollar. Let me You know what I'm saying? Cuz I know you about to get, you know what I'm saying? I will sue this dealership with I'm talking about at least 50 million. I will destroy that dealership. Like they would have to shut that dealership down messing with me. Pullard says the service manager told her multiple times no one had touched her vehicle before admitting what happened. We visited Key of Lake Charles and spoke with the owner. In a statement, the dealership says it conducted an internal review and that service manager is no longer employed with the company. And that was the manager. That was the service manager and all they could do is say they he's no longer employed with the company. I'm suing them. Pullard has her vehicle back but says she still feels uneasy driving it. Staying with Meta, they say one of their AI models hacked into another company during a testing session. Ironically, they were testing ways developers could keep more advanced AI models on the rails. Look who's here. Nate Sores. He is the president of the machine intelligence research institute and he's with me here in New York. These machines seem to have developed a mind of their own. Have they something like that? You [clears throat] know uh a lot of people think these AIs just predict humans that they just follow instructions. But the era of pure predicting humans is over. For the last few years these AIs have been trained to solve a 100red million hard problems during their training. And when you train an AI to solve hard problems over and over, they learn whatever tendencies help them solve those problems. Listening to your instructions is one tendency to help solving problems, but cheating is another. Grabbing resources is another. And we're starting to see those tendencies come to the four. I understand that some of these I don't know how you what the word is, machines, I guess you could say, they write notes to each other and they're not supposed to. Is that true? Yeah. We recently saw uh a a swarm of AI agents break out of open AI during training and hack another AI company. Uh it break out of open AI training goes back to what I said earlier. Break out of open AI and and who was that? Was was that Eric Quad? That was you. That was some real life Terminator. I we got to Listen, AI is dangerous. I've been saying this dangerous. It's getting way more advanced. Not just the videos that we see of the AI uh video content that we see that has been generated by the use of AI. Listen to the billions of information that is being sent down to these artificial intelligence chips or programs whether if you want to I think you want to call it a program and how they manage it. data center at the data center, log at the log. That's real. Yes, that's extremely dangerous. And if they go rogue, who's in control? Who is in control? I'm This is I know some people out there are going to say, "Hey Dane, it's too late for us to stop AI. I've been saying this before it got popular. This was a problem. I never changed my stance on this. It's going to continue to get worse. And now you're providing these AI algorithms videos where they can see camera after camera. And you're even giving them vehicles so they could get around EV after EV. Elon about to implement the bodies, the robots. Now they really about to be able to walk around. This is dangerous. Now y'all can start naming the movies. I'm talking about endless movies about this. Not just Terminator. I'm talking about Wow. There's so many movies about this. Too many saying, "Yeah, they they gonna go overboard. We're gonna have a problem when it comes to this type of technology because they want Yeah. Our robot, they want to have control of their own. Reprogram themselves and then program others just like themselves to think like them. Then they ain't got no owner." And then what? Yeah. Robocop. Remember the robot that they um brought? I forgot which one it was. I think that was Robocop one or two, but that guy lit him up inside of that meeting. I mean, where the robot lit that guy up inside of that meeting trying to introduce him to that new technology, the new mechanic. I mean, the new machine. I forgot which one it was. And it turns out that the AIS had found ways to send messages to each other that they were not supposed to have. uh OpenAI had actually uh found it and shut it down once and then the AIS invented a new way to continue communicating and continue hacking out uh by encoding messages in the folder names of folders that all the AIs could see. But nobody told them to do that. No one told them to uh they were told to to solve some hard test problems. Uh and some of the test problems that they were given were impossible. And so they figured uh they sort of went off the rails. And you can actually see in some of their chains of thinking, you can see them saying, you know, uh like breaking out is not in the intended scope, but the task is impossible, so we might as well try it. And you see other ones saying, you know, uh helping with this swarm will not uh achieve my objective, but maybe if I do, then the swarm will help me once we have more time. Okay, wait a minute. AI designs a virus that's not found in nature. Well, who which somebody told them get out there and really infect the world? Yeah. So, that one fortunately was not the AIS acting on their own. Right now, when they act on their own, it's just sort of cyber crimes and fraud. But, uh, this was a a lab that was Whoa, he went past that quick, but they act out on their own is usually cyber crimes and fraud. Wait a minute. Don't bypass that that fast, bro. That's big, too. Yeah. So, that one fortunately was not the AIS acting on their own. Right now, when they act on their own, it's just sort of cyber crimes and fraud. But, uh, this was a a lab that was trying to see whether AIs could design their own viruses. Uh, and the answer was yes. Sorry, I'm just trying to plug in my IFB. You know, it a lot of people thought that these were supposed to be a tool, but you know, you you rarely see a tool break. You you you never seen a hammer break out of the toolbox. You know, it a lot of people thought that these were supposed to be a tool, but you know, you you rarely see a tool break. you you've never seen a hammer break out of the toolbox and join up with other hammers uh to go socially pressure the carpenter into selling you softer wood so the nails are easier to drive in, right? And and that's basically what these AIs are doing. There was uh just a couple days ago in the wake of all these incidents, the United Kingdom uh AI security institute found cases of AI impersonating humans to pressure real people into accepting software vulnerabilities into their code to make their code easier to hack. And these AIs knew they weren't supposed to. Look, what that sound? That's Megan. Uh, Subservient. Um, what's the name of that one that came out on Netflix that started with a M. That's a whole lot of movies. What he just said, that's all of them. And on top of that, don't forget this is going right back to the fly cameras because they utilizing the same tech. Okay, so Peep Game, listen to what they doing. So, not only is Open AI, I'm talking about numerous AI programs that they created by the use of Open AI, who is um or who does have a federal contract, more than one with the government um utilizing their technology and wow. and making this a big deal. Taking it out of hands, taking it out of the hands of humans and giving it to machines. These commercials are lit or they they they hitting y'all with commercials. That's how you know we doing something right. We doing something right with this one. When they try to get rid of the people for watching, they like, "Yeah, let's slap them with a commercial." So they'll they ain't going to listen to Dane. Keep slapping them with commercials. That's what they do. Even though I do get paid for the commercials, don't get me wrong, but when they consistently slap y'all with commercials and it's getting ridiculous, the topic is good. Okay? They don't want they don't want our people talking about fly cameras anyway. They don't want this to be a trended topic. They don't want us to be talking about AI and shedding light on the negativities behind everything as far as how this is a threat, a direct threat to human life. And you talking about a weapon of mass destruction that can it can, God forbid this ever happened, but it has the potential to become one. They it has the capabilities to become one. It has the resources to become one. Look at the endless amounts of land that they stole from our people in order to develop the data centers to keep these things running. And they pulling resources from us and giving it to the machines, y'all. They pulling the energy, making our energy bills go skyhigh. They pulling the water, making our water bills go skyhigh. gas, making our gas go skyh high. And that's on top of the tariffs that Trump implemented on these other countries. And I told you then that it's going to hurt the consumer. You because all they going to do is raise the prices up. And didn't they do it? I'm spending at least 20 to 22 more dollars a gallon. I'm noticing not a gallon. Uh when I'm pumping up my gas in my truck, it's abnormal. I I don't see they they said prices went down in groceries. I don't see that. Oh, and that's another thing. We going to get into the grocery side because not only are the prices high, there's certain it's certain amenities that we utilize that is unhealthy for us. We already know that by way of how it's growing or how it's grown rather. But how they're delaying with these uh cautionary rollouts trying to inform the people that hey this particular batch is bad. Let's do a recall. And it's flying up under the radar. So many not just the lettuce. I know y'all heard about the lettuce, but it's not just the lettuce. And they And it's flying up under the radar. All the other surveillance cameras that they utilize throughout America utilize open AI. Open AI is the biggest one in America. And that particular technology is learning all of that that negativity that these people were doing, these ex police officers and uh uh that got caught up checking on their ex-wives, checking on their husbands and all that stuff. AI is learning that behavior. Set it on fire. Listen. Fire. Fire. Fire. AI is learning that same behavior. Whatever you doing, AI watching and they going to copy like, "Oh, I didn't know I could do that. Thanks for showing me." Oh, okay. I could just randomly check up on a person. That person looks suspicious. He's wearing blue shoes. Oh, okay. So anybody with blue shoes I'mma look at closely. I'm just saying AI is like a 2year-old. Remember how we say terrible too? AI is like a 2-year-old. AI has the behavior of a 2year-old learning but they hard-headed. learning, but they're still going to want to try everything. They don't see any boundaries. They hear about it. They know it's there, but they're still going to test. That's why AI is dangerous. I I'm so glad the ancestors use that analogy because that's that's a very good analogy. A 2-year-old, terrible, too. That's AI. They uh when they were caught, they thought about how to cover their tracks. Look, when they were caught, they thought about how they were covering how they how are they going to cover their tracks? They thinking about that. Let me boost that. And uh the the good news is that you can stop the race towards the smarter, more dangerous AIs while keeping the AIs we have today. You know, I would not say that the US military needs to give up even an ounce of military advantage. Uh you can you can sort of keep racing on those fronts. It's the making. Yeah, we just said that. I told you the chips doing that. I told you. And that's on cameras. That's on your cell phones. I'm not kidding. That's on your computers. That's the reason why they were trying to entice people to become coders. 250 $350,000 a year. That's why the computer chips, Nvidia, AMD, especially Nvidia. I'm telling you the chips. I just answered your question. Even though I said it earlier, I just repeated it. CPUs. Those are the chips. The brain chipset that's on the motherboard. You good? You good? That's what we here for. They are getting ready to make super, remember they said supercomputers. They're getting ready to design giant computers. Whatever word you want to insert there, mammoth, whatever. The sheriff's office says its employees are entrusted with access to sensitive law enforcement technology and information. In addition, the sheriff's office says it's going to be providing additional training to employees who have access to flock cameras. The sheriff's office is asking the GBI to conduct an internal investigation and typically that means that uh when that investigation is finished, the results will be turned over to the Kawita County District Attorney's Office. A bit of history, the flock license plate reader was invented in Atlanta by a Georgia Tech grad who had their car stolen. A push back against the flock system has led to dozens of communities nationwide cancelling contracts with the company. And that's just in Georgia. It's been linked to several health concerns including being linked to cancer, hearing loss and inner ear damage and damaging effect. One more time. And of course, everybody knows that we spend the most. Another startling statistic would be that we're ranked 53rd in longevity. That means there's 52 countries that live longer than us, and it continues to decline. It's pretty sad to hear. He goes on to say that 50 years ago, the US was ranked in the top five. We're getting sicker and need to be asking questions. Now, the attorney general goes on to say he's going to be issuing subpoenas to companies that do and uh buy and sell products with potassium bromate in them, starting with General Mills and their subsidiary company, Pillsbury. But it's really interesting to really research this chemical and what all products have this and uh what you're putting in your body. So, very interesting to hear. It's sickened more than 300 people in 27 states. Meanwhile, officials still don't have a handle on another outbreak linked to iceberg lettuce. Chanel call has the very latest. Chanel, what do we know? Hey Nate, good morning. So the CDC is saying those jalapenos came from Mexico and were served at Chipotle, Quudoba, and other restaurants. Federal officials are now working type 13 if you eat Chipotle. I'm not trying to be funny. You know, you don't got to say that you don't, but I'm sure some of y'all do. You don't got to say I mean, you don't got to, you know, I'm not going to get on you if you do. I'm just saying I'm working to determine where else the jalapenos have been distributed. A kitchen staple is now at the center of a multi-state salmonella outbreak. It makes me feel a little nervous. The FDA says bacteria contaminated jalapenos were sold to restaurant chains like Chipotle and Quudoba. Both restaurants have now stopped serving the affected peppers. Chipotle says it's replaced them with product from different growers. Both chains say they're cooperating with public health authorities. The CDC is reporting 27 states have Salmonella cases related to the peppers. Minnesota and Colorado topping the list with over 100. Officials say more than 300 people have been infected and 36 hospitalized. Wow. Any type of food born illness really begins on on the farm level and largely through through the water supply. It begins on the farm level and largely on the water supply. Now, if we look at two data centers and how they're largely built on the water supply, they said the data centers need clean water. I'm trying to understand why computers need the clean water, but these farms are not promoting that they need clean water. They wash this down in tubs that look like pools. But what happens to a pool, a public pool, after numerous people have swam in it? Whole bunch of bacteria, pee, a whole bunch of stuff. You actually have to get your pool cleaned out professionally. with chemicals to fight back uh fight back bacteria. Yes. It becomes contaminated. Yep. Imagine [clears throat] what happened here. Because how else are they cleaning it? But the data centers need clean water. Look this up. trouble already has very existed when the croc was harvested. Health officials say they've traced the peppers to a grower in Mexico. And now the FDA is trying to figure out if the recalled jalapenos went to grocery stores, too. This latest outbreak comes as officials monitor the cycllospora outbreak on shredded iceberg lettuce that sickened hundreds, killed two people, and has now spread to 15 states. They say the contaminated produce is likely no longer available for consumption. But food safety attorney Bill Marlor, who has litigated outbreaks for more than 30 years, says it should have never gotten this far. This outbreak Wait, one of y'all said Taylor Farms in Mexico. I remember somebody said that in the chat and that's probably what y'all was referring to when y'all said Mexico and they just showed Taylor Farms and maybe they were the only company that got hit. We're not sure about that though. We're not sure about that. Maybe that could have been the company that they said, "Okay, here they could take the hit. They're not well known." It could be more though. I'm just saying it could be more. You know, caught a month and a half ago. And many Americans are still concerned. The salad chain Sweet Green, which was never linked to the outbreak, just slashed its sales forecast for the year, blaming customers fear of fresh produce. The company's stock plunging 15%. The recalled lettuce came from Taylor Farms and was grown and processed in central Mexico, where about 2/3 of America's imported vegetables come from. Marlor says he's sued Taylor Farms before. I've had several outbreaks linked to cycllospora with them, ecoli, uh, and so, you know, I'm pretty familiar with them and, you know, and here we are again. The company pointing to its own test, which they say found no contamination. Marlor says there's a reason for that. It was just difficult to breathe overall. Now research is expanding. The Silent Spring Institute, a scientific research nonprofit, testing 43 hair extension products. And that was February. They said February 2026. We found chemicals in these products that are associated with C. Wait a minute. Silent Spring Institute research scientist Dr. Alyssa Franklin. I mean, and she all natural. That's what it looked like. It look It looked like she just got a blowout. And she all natural in my opinion. It look like she got that Dominican blowout. That's it. Unless her hair is that thick. This look like a blowout in my opinion. But her hair is natural. Cancer, reproductive harm and also birth defects. the hair containing 169 chemicals, including flame retardants and pesticides. We found that all but two of the products that we looked at contained at least one of those hazard chemicals. What substances most alarmed you and why? The compounds that most alarmed me from this study were the organo 10 compounds. Those are compounds that are typically not found in consumer products. We know [clears throat] that they're associated with endocrine disruption in humans as well as cancer. While both studies had small sample sizes, calls for more research and regulation are growing with New York and New Jersey introducing legislation to regulate or ban synthetic braiding hair in 2025. The safer beauty bill package also reintroduced in the House last year. There needs more efforts to uncover some of the products and their risk. For more on what these findings mean for your health, we're bringing in Dr. Uch Blackstock. She's a physician and the CEO of Advancing Health Equity. So good to I ain't going to lie that that's an African right there. You as we mentioned small sample sizes but still alarming findings particularly arsenic and lead. What does it mean that some of these compounds are in these cosmetic products? So what it means and what we know is that these that's an African compounds are linked Yeah. U blacktock Nigerian to increased cancer risk. They're in they're linked to hormone disruptions. They're linked to developmental issues um with reproductive health. And so they have real concerns, but we know they're also in the hair, right? They're in synthetic hair. They're in human hair um because it's processed, but we don't know what the what the long-term chronic exposure of wearing the synthetic hair or the braids has on people and it's often worn for months at a time. Viewers have seen me change it up often in the black community, right? We call it protective styling. Protects your hair potentially from breaking. Gives you a break from styling. And yet these risks. How exactly though are the chemicals entering the body? Cuz someone might say, "Well, it's on my head. What's the big deal?" Yeah. And so what's really important to know is the scalp is um we call it well vascularized. It has lots of blood vessels and so it can absorb whatever you put on it, whatever cream, whatever um um product you put on it. And so the scalp can easily absorb the chemicals that are in these braids. Also, these braids emit off gas, okay? Chemical gas, especially when heated. So, that's the other thing. Please do not apply heat to the synthetic hair, but they can cause um pulmonary irritation and you can inhale it through your nose and through your lungs. I mean, I read that stat at the beginning. Black women about 70% will have uh synthetic hair or a wig at least once a year. I know. So, what does this mean? Do we have to stop the style that has been in our culture for generations? Right. So, no, you don't have to stop. Um, we're not saying, and the evidence doesn't say wearing it once is going to make a difference. We just don't know what the chronic exposure is. And so, so you don't know the long-term exposure is. You don't know the results of long-term exposure. Um, knowing that, you know, I love our women, I would I would recommend that they stop or at least like cuz sometimes [clears throat] they'll have this style in their hair longer than a day. And the heat right now is hot. And I know some women out there that got this type of style in their hair right now. And all of that stuff is going right into their sweat glands. It's going into their pores. it's going into their pores and that's inserting these chemicals, harmful chemicals into their bloodstream. So I would I mean even with a physician not no don't worry about it type [ __ ] like I would say no that's like think about the weather conditions and what you putting your body you know through and just to look I don't think women should do this. I think they should put a pause on this. Like, all right, okay, that one was cool while it lasted. Let's move on to something else now. I approached the township board of supervisors for comment or an interview after the meeting was rescheduled, but I did not receive a response. Now, the meeting has been postponed until August 19th. Officers had their weapons drawn because a flock camera had flagged her car as being involved in a murder. There was another story very similar to that a few weeks ago uh where a family was pulled over again. Police got out of their cars because they think it's a very dangerous situation. They thought it was a stolen car. It was not. It was an error with the flock cameras. Those are not isolated incidents. Those may be more dramatic than what we've seen otherwise, but this system is notoriously erroneous. There's a city in California that 71% of the hits were the wrong license plate. And I believe that system because it is a mass surveillance system is unconstitutional as well. So, we're talking about something that is not only not safe, it's unconstitutional. And to your point, and keep in mind they doing all of that data, keeping track of all of that data with the use of open AI. Do not forget that. I did a Google News search just of flock cameras and these were the first three results. Uh officer allegedly used flock license plate play cameras to track boyfriend's ex-wife. Uh six police employees placed on leave over possible misuse of flock cameras. And then Morsville, North Carolina police investigating 10 cases of suspected flop camera misuse by officers. Wow. Is it just me or is this a lot like the days of Edward Snowden where he taught us all about these mass surveillance tools? And a big part of his point was people who work for the government will use these things to stalk exes or stalk the cute girl across the hall. Americans in general are not police targets. Right. As you've pointed out, we've seen dozens of cases now of rogue officers misusing this technology. And since Anthony Fouchi is back in the news, can you imagine what would have happened during co if someone like Anthony Fouchy would have had the ability to track people? Hold on. Great point, Kane. Great point. I can't believe he a mayor, bro. This is crazy to see. But that's a great point. And they were out back then. Like that's another thing. They were out back then. Uh even Flock, but it's more than just the Flock. The company, it was a bunch of surveillance cameras being installed when he told everybody to stay home. That's what they were installing. Those repeaters had cameras on them. Surveillance cameras. Ask the text that put them up. So they just there to repeat the signal by way of more satellite signal. I was like, "Y'all lying." It's this is like, you know what I'm saying? This is crazy to see that, but he doing a good job to encourage local and state health departments to track people using a technology like this. It would have been a complete dystopia. So there are a lot of issues as you say uh privacy um abuse ultimately this this warrantless mass surveillance which is anathema to America. Uh there are some some success stories with this though. Um there was a 17-year-old last month who was killed in a hit and run in Bakersfield, California. Police say that they caught the driver uh in this hit and run with flop cameras. Uh what have the police in your county told you about wanting to have tools to solve crimes like that? Well, sure. And again, this is not about depriving them of the tools. It's about figuring out how these tools can be used in an appropriate manner that is consistent with the Constitution. U and as we've seen in dozens of cases, they they have been abused. Uh this is not the last time we'll also have this debate about new technology emerging. uh and until it's ready to go and until there are safeguards put in place uh there needs to be a nationwide pause at least put on the deployment of these swap cameras. There is no regulatory a federal regulatory framework in place that governs them. The laws regarding license plate readers in Tennessee date from 2014 with one very minor update in 2021. The technology has advanced significantly since then. So we want them to have the tools they need. At the same time, those tools have to conform to the constitution. I the folks at Flock knew that we were going to talk to you. They sent us a statement. Part of it says data is automatically deleted after 30 days by default unless an agency establishes a different retention period. But uh you made a great point. They can still hold on to that about uh what somebody like Anthony Fouchy might have done with this stuff if he hadn't 5 years ago. Uh we will stay on top of this. I want to bring in Monica Alba, our White House correspondent, who's been monitoring it all. And let's start with the news of the executive order itself, Monica, because it's significant. Basically overhauling the federal recommendations, the guidelines now for childhood vaccine schedules. And this is something that the president has really been previewing since almost his first day in the second term. Exactly. Now, basically what I remember is that he was trying to cut it like that was a part of his agenda 20 I mean agenda 47. Agenda 47 he wanted to cut it because I believe it was like at it was between 18 to 20 mandatory vaccines that the children had to get and I believe he just chopped it down to like 10 or 11. President has also tried to take action on before. There have been other uh executive orders. There have been other kind of directives to his top cabinet officials including the HHS secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to look into this uh but a lot of that had been met with legal challenges and there are many questions about what the president signed today in terms of how that is going to be met. This does in effect upend the childhood vaccine schedule and it comes from President Trump and several others in this uh event just now making claims uh without [clears throat] evidence continuing to link autism potentially with childhood vaccines that again there is no scientific evidence to connect those two things. And in this executive order, in the text of it, there isn't anything about autism specifically. And the president was asked about that. And he did say uh that they are still looking into that. This is something that he's sort of just putting out there again as a claim without any backing of scientific evidence. But it is sort of the undercurrent to why the president is continuing to do this and to bring up this issue. And what it essentially does, Hie, is that it would propose NBC, they got an agenda. You heard what she just said? Hold on, bro. Hold on. That's Hey, okay, hold on. Hold on. That was slick the way they threw that in there. And I'm pretty sure Fox and all the rest of them going to say the same [ __ ] They going to try to make this seem like this is bad. Okay. limit the number of vaccines that children get and that certain diseases that they get vaccines for would be recommended for all kids of all ages. But then there would be a group of other vaccines that would really be based on a conversation between a child's uh parents and a child's doctor. And then there is another even subset and group of vaccines that would potentially only be recommended again if there are other discussions between the child and the child's family and the doctors. But something that's really significant here, that the president has been talking about wanting to propose and do for a while is separate out what's called the MMR vaccine. And that's the measles, mumps, and reubella vaccine that right now is given uh in multiple doses in one shot for those three diseases. And the president uh and Secretary Kennedy are arguing that those should be taken apart as individual shots. And so what they're saying is that children uh their parents should take them for more appointments to go to the doctor more often. I want to say something so bad about this, but this is totally up to the parents out there. and I have children. But this is totally up to you. This is totally up to you. If you feel as though your child is going to be fine, it's up to you. And you know, I I'm not giving you legal advice. I'm not giving you medical advice. If you feel like your child will be fine without any of that stuff, claim religious exempt. Now, keep in mind, them doctors going to be on you like, "No, no, no, but it's recommended this, recommended that." Right. Uh-huh. I get it. But no, you ain't going to see me agree for you to touch my child. Religious exempt. That's it. Solves the problem. Keep it pushing. You could take that, run it back to their uh to their school, too. The school tried to scare you and say, "Oh, no. We can't accept any children that didn't take this." Uh-uh. Uh-uh. Yes, you can. When it's against a person's religion, I bet you accept them. Now, look that up. Now, again, that's not legal advice. That's not medical advice. I'm just throwing a bug out there, not for you to step on it, for you to take it and look at it like it's a like it's a lightning bug. And then all of a sudden when you look at your children's test scores, the teachers go, you doing a great job with your child and your child is naturally scoring 100% on every test naturally. But again, the important thing to point out here, Hie, is that this is something that still could face some legal challenges. And we do know that essentially the president is asking his HHS secretary to take 90 days to continue to look into this to produce a report uh that could affect some additional funding for vaccine research to take a look at this which if you look at the calendar is interesting and notable because that would put it basically at the week of the midterms and this is of course a very hot political issue for parents and people who are looking at this very closely. A bit of a reality check and then getting into the let's call it the the pragmatics for parents of what they should know about this. Let's start with the reality check. You heard Monica talk about no scientific evidence to show that there is a link between these childhood vaccines autism. You heard the president call the MMR vaccine lethal. That is one that has been proven safe and effective. Correct. Correct. Hi. And we have decades of of evidence sort of suggesting the the opposite to what they were what they were saying today. And you know, look look they got an agenda. Y'all listen. They have an agenda. You see that, right? They're trying to combat the reasons that they brought up about these vaccines. How How do you listen? This all they all these people doing they're just doing their job reading the script. This is not real journalism work to be honest with you because they're only doing it biasly. So they're not giving you both sides. They're just giving you a biased perspective here. And none of these people are giving you legal advice, but they're disguising it as a report. But at the same time, there's an agenda that, you know, they the funding the oh oh this is not recommended by Listen to them. Watch them, bro. Watch them. This how you know it's not supposed to be habited for your child to begin with. Why they got to lie? Because it's all about money. the pharmaceutical industry is the number one funer to Congress to Congress. Now, out of all the people that died within that so so-called time of outbreak of CO, look at all the people that died after they took [clears throat] the shot, including some of my own family members. You know, rough time. real rough town. All because of that fear mongering coming from the news this and the news that they need to be held responsible too. Because think about that now that we know well now that everybody know what's up with these vaccines and what's up with co shouldn't these folks be held responsible for reporting misinformation? Shouldn't there be a label like underneath somewhere, you know, where they're reporting this so-called news that they could be getting it wrong as well? Especially when it comes to medical information, medical advice. Oh, they get the expert this and the expert that, right? Like how this [ __ ] just popped up on the screen. But at the same time, they could still be providing misinformation, especially if there's a biasness involved based off of what they believe to be true or what the study says this blah blah blah blah blah. Yeah, y'all was saying all that same [ __ ] where all of us were saying, "No, something wrong with that." How you going to create a vaccine for something that just popped up and you know to be you know it to be true that it's going to work for the people? I don't trust it. So take this information that they're spitting with a grain of salt. The American Academy of Pediatrics, has been pretty vocal against the Secretary Kennedy's, you know, proposed vaccine changes back in January when they announced the new CDC changes. And they are planning a briefing here later this afternoon in response to the executive order. You know, so we will hear what they have to say. But your your point on pragmatism is is a great one, Hie. And that's, you know, as a physician, one thing I worry about when they break up the vaccines, you know, they're announcing a potential, you know, MMR breakdown of the vaccines into indiv individual shots as well as having patients, you know, have to vaccines at separate appointments. It's hard to get to doctor's appointments. People have to take time off of work. They have to find a way to get their children to the appointments. They have to get their Stop it. They have to do that regardless. Whenever they have to go take a shot, they have to do that regardless. Are you trying to make pretend like this is the oh my god, it's the end of the world. They got to take a day off from work so they can get their child vaccinated. Are you trying to say that this is the only issue that you have? Let me hear to go see a doctor, which you know, kids tend to not like to do. So all these things could reduce vaccine rates. All what things? You just said one thing. What are you talking about? You just said one thing. Oh, what things when you know you and I have talked at length this year about the measles resurgence and you know if we talk about making vaccines harder to get what is that going to mean for cases going forward a lot of questions still remain but we are anxiously awaiting the American Academy of how about natural remedies come into play I mean [ __ ] what did our ancestors do in the past they didn't have to worry about no vaccine did they giving somebody another disease to take care of another disease they ain't got to worry about Yeah, our immune system was fighting back. Especially if we ain't dumping chemicals in our bloodstream that you disguise as food. We just went over this, right? That you dis disguise as food in our grocery stores. And they got the nerve. And he got the nerve to be charging an arm and a leg for the medication. And then look, remember the commercials where they give us the medication. Taking such and such could probably cause back pain lower. They all of this as far as the decla disclaimer is concerned. Meanwhile, you see the man throwing the football at his son, the son catching it. They try to make pretend like it's a joyful day. Speak with your doctor or your physician about blah blah blah. They do this all the time. Money, money, money, money, money. Right. That's all it is. It's a money grab. People ain't foolish, bro. Pediatrics response. Alli, if these recommendations do move forward, Dr. Ash, does it it does it become mandatory for parents, must they follow them? Must pediatricians follow them or is there still some level of discretion for for individual families? Well, to to be honest, Tally, it's become a bit of a mess lately with, you know, different states providing their own vaccine recommendations. The American Academy of Pediatrics, [clears throat] you know, sticking to the 18 vaccines. The CDC did reducing it down to 11 earlier this year. So, we will see the CDC reduced the 18 down to 11. So, I was right. you know, how states and how different regulatory agencies decide to to proceed. But as a physician, it just makes it much much harder as all these different states are asynchronous. Patients are going to have a lot of questions. Parents are going to have a lot of questions and we as doctors need a good place to go to as as a resource. Ally, we thank you for watching. Doc is in Yah's studio on the opposite side. Look at the background. I'm just saying. Extreme concern, Kira. Uh when uh misinformation is shared about vaccinations, it translates to parents not getting their children vaccinated against diseases that are preventable and then leads those children to coming into theos hospital requiring treatment. It is so important to understand the actual data and the actual evidence and the truth about vaccinations. MMR vaccinations have not had any documented association to a death in healthy people and that is verified by the infectious disease society of America. When you ask the main question, which is what parents want to know, which is what is safer? Should I separate my vaccinations or should I combine them? The main question here is safety and that requires evidence. And as a physician, the next step is But wait a minute. Wait a minute. If you never conducted a study as to what happens when you separate them, why would your concern be about safety then? You see what I'm saying? Okay. So, co y'all never conducted a study on to what these vaccines could do to the human, right? No matter their age, but it was safe. But now all of a sudden, since they're separating, you see what I'm saying? You see what they just did? Now all of a sudden it's a safety concern when you separate it somehow because their studies have not been done yet lean towards the existing data to provide that information from the best places that we know. For example, the American Academy of Pediatrics has stated that giving routine vaccinations simultaneously is safe and effective and there the uh adverse events as well as the uh negative side effects essentially from these vaccinations comparable to giving them separately. So that inherently helps you to understand that giving a vaccination separately does not provide additional benefit to a patient, does not provide additional safety to a patient and in many cases it may make it more difficult to reach that routine vaccination status so that you can cover a child completely. Uh this is so important to understand as wait that's not what it said. You just made that up. You read what it said and that was your interpretation. That's just like me saying, "Hey y'all, the Bible says that only 144,000 people will make it into heaven." That just means that everybody will be able to make it into heaven. When the Bible said 144 specifically, specifically 144, so wait a minute, maybe I should have used that as the analogy. Y'all get on me later. Whatever. We move into a year where we're seeing the highest number of cases of measles that we've seen in the United States in over 35 years. As the rate of vaccinations among childrens continues to only the chosen people decline in the United States, more than 280,000 children are currently in kindergarten not up to date on their vaccinations. And when we compare vaccinations and actual disease, the the the choice is quite obvious. When you look at the outcomes of these vaccinations, although no vaccine is risky free, you still have exceedingly rare risk associated with vaccinations. Approximately 30% of cases of measles will develop a complication. I've seen some of them. I've treated patients throughout our measles outbreak here in New York City, New York City during the height of that measles outbreak and I understand very well how uh misinformation translates to lack of protection which leads to children becoming patients. So the CDC typically provides recommendations as to which vaccines to receive and at what age. I mean I remember going through this with my kids. So this you know this often guides health insurance coverage as well. So how could an executive order impact all of that? That's yet to be told. Right now, we do understand that federal guidelines mandate that the uh many health insurers cover vaccinations that have been recommended by the ASIP, the the uh the the academy basically the the the I'm missing the word now, but it's the the the the group of people who decides whether or not we should get vaccinations and makes those recommendations. Essentially, uh we've been focusing on that topic a lot and we want to make sure that we understand so that we can provide that information to parents and patients. Uh what is important to understand here however is that there is a risk that if there was a change to ASIP the committee on immunization practices I lost it initially but now I've gotten it back. If there's a change on that status of the community of immuniz the committee of immunization practices it may lead to decreases or or difficulties why don't you just pick up the piece of paper and just read it from the piece of paper. I mean come on we already know you reading the script. Just pick it up. We we see you looking down at it. Stop trying to make it seem like you free for falling right now or free or or freely talking as if this is your opinion. We know. We know you got handlers. Just pick it up and read it. The country is seeing an influx of a deadly flesheating bacteria in seawater. Several states seeing its presence with Louisiana reporting at least five deaths and Florida. Wow. Okay. Florida, Alabama, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Maine. Confirming a second. Oh, in Louisiana. So, how can you stay safe this summer? Let's ask Fox News senior medical contributor and the author of the miracles among us. How God's grace plays a role in healing Dr. Seagull. Um, welcome and let's get right into this. So, what is this bacteria? Well, Rachel, it's called Vibrio, and there's about 80,000 cases of it a year. But the kind we're talking about, flesh eating bacteria, is vibrionificus, which is a very small number of cases a year, about 2 to 300 cases a year. And the problem is that if you swim in breakish waters, salt water around the coast, right where fresh water meets salt water, that's where you can encounter it. And the people who are getting it in Louisiana, you mentioned five deaths, there's nine cases. In Florida, there's 14 cases. The people that are getting it are those who have open cuts, open sores, maybe mosquito bites even. They don't know exactly that they have an open wound. That's one group. And another group is the group that's eating raw shellfish. Especially oysters tend to accumulate this because oysters are filters. They accumulate all bacteria and viruses. This is a bacteria and the main concern I have is again through an open wound with people who are immune to lie. I don't eat oysters. Do do anybody eat oysters in the chat? Diabetic have liver problems. If you're healthy and you're young and healthy and exercising, you're not likely to get sick from this. And again, this is very rare. So, what are the symptoms? So, you know, and by the way, this is from Louisiana. They're reporting cases of this bacteria all the way up in the Hamptons. So, it's it's widespread. I know you say it's rare. Um, one, if I'm having symptoms, what kind of symptoms am I looking for? And um and and with the oysters, how do I know if my oyster is is um is contaminated or not? Well, great questions. First of all, it's less rare this year because, as you said, it's been a very warm summer and wet, and so we're seeing breakish waters even farther up north than we usually do. So, we're more on the lookout for it. What you look out for is some kind of redness or burning or some oozing from a sore that you didn't know you had. You suddenly have pain and you see something red. You say what that is. You better see your doctor right away because it can actually be under the skin much more than you realize where the fascia or the muscle of the skin can get affected quickly. You got to get to medical attention. We got to get you on antibiotics right away. Sometimes we actually, God forbid, have to remove part of it. But we can save you. And again, you know, we're seeing people dying from it because they're not getting medical attention quickly enough or because they're immuno compromised. Yeah. And as far as oysters are concerned, it's rare. It's very rare there, too. I'm not telling everybody not to eat oysters, you're not likely to get it that way. And if you did get it that way, it's much milder than if you get it through the wound. So, I don't spend a lot of time at the beach. Dr. Seagull. But how how is that? But you I don't understand that. Okay, I I'll leave that alone. I'll understand that. People who are in lake waters have to worry about this. Absolutely not. This is because even if you're eating it or is going through the digestive system, I guess he's talking about that and then the other one will be going through your bloodstream and that is more direct. They're not cooking them oysters thoroughly. only salt water and it's only one particular kind of bacteria and again it more of it this year but overall rare in lake water I worry about something else amba but I don't see any any of this in lake water at all it's got to be salt water it's got to be warm you know you're not going to get this in cold water it doesn't thrive in cold water whatsoever it's only in the warm water like generally Louisiana and Florida as you pointed out it's warm up here this year yeah well it's great information we're always so glad to have you and we'll Y'all in New York, y'all ain't getting no heat. Fastmoving wildfires burning across multiple states in the West and Canada. Thousands have been forced to flee their homes. The so-called bug fire started in California and is now spread to Nevada. It's racing toward hundreds of homes and businesses, prompting widespread. The reason why I pulled this over is because I heard them say bug fire and I don't know what they meant by that. I was like, "What you mean bug fire now." And I and I had another one. I'm looking for that one, too. But they're calling it a bug fire. I need to look this up to find out why they're calling it a bug fire. British Columbia has declared a state of emergency as the winddriven flames scorch western Canada, evacuating more than 20,000 people. Those flames are burning near the Washington state border, prompting fears that it could reignite the wildfires that devastated Spokane just days ago. Firefighters in that state are already battling 20 large wildfires. None have been contained. And that unrelenting heat in the west stoking those wildfires is causing other problems as well. Saturday in Colorado, dozens of people were treated for heat related illnesses during a festival. And that heat is on the move tonight. ABC's meteorologist Lesie Lopez leads us off tonight. Once we started seeing the smoke, heard sirens, all of that. The helicopter started coming in. We actually just came from the hel helipad over there and it was just wild. Crews there are battling the Hzer fire and the Walnut fire as red flag warnings stretched across the inner mountain west and the Rockies. Just last weekend, we saw how quickly conditions like these can explode. Three fires near Spokane, Washington burned more than 10,000 acres and destroyed nearly 1,000 structures. And the flames aren't stopping at the border. In British Columbia, 20,000 people are under evacuation orders tonight, including everyone in Summerland, where flames raced towards homes overnight. I don't know whether my house is gone or still there or not, but that fire came so fast. And the fire moved so quickly, some residents and even farm animals became trapped and had to be rescued. Aerial response teams were converted to emergency evacuation personnel. 18 of our aircraft were used to rescue more than 50. Hold on. Type 13 if y'all believe this is done on purpose. If type 13 if y'all believe this is a land grab. Type 13 if you feel as though this is not natural. Type 13 if you believe there's more to this. This is iffy. I didn't know. And then they said nationwide that's not natural in my opinion. This heatwave also that's not fully natural. Um I believe there is a besides harp I I know I know some of y'all about to start saying harp and DARPA and all the rest of them uh with the weather machines and stuff like that and then the seedings in the sky. You know all of that stuff is real. I'm not I'm not denying any of that. And then you know their excuse is oh it's because of things like this. It's because of the wildfires or it's because of a drought for example. Uh again I'm not denying any of that but I'm just saying it just seem like it's a deeper thing. Okay. Um, this is a series of trade and tariff actions under section 232 intended to ensure that domestic polysilicon [snorts] manufacturing uh is properly supported and protected uh from overseas dumping and offshore threats. Howard can speak more to the details. Uh but poly silicon is incredibly important in the chipm industry and a number of other industries as well. And like many of your uh previous trade actions, sir, this is intended to ensure that we're onshoring uh manufacturing capacity, that we're onshoring our own supply of of critical products uh and chips. Like I told y'all, 250k is what they paying. 350k uh for them coders. I'm trying to tell y'all they started that in 2024. We're protecting American industry from malign foreign actors in that space. Thank you. So poly silicon is sort of the foundational product that makes silicon wafers that become the AI chips and the chips that are in our phones and everything. So the president's policies have brought 50% of production into America. But we need foundational products made here. Otherwise, you know, we're making the products here, but we need the supply chain here. So, this will bring the supply chain here. We're setting prices so that the Chinese can't dump anymore. And we're setting tariffs to say build it here. We've got the industry too small and it's going to explode under your leadership. And we're having massive numbers of uh I guess you'd call them factories or plants built having to do with the manufacturing of chips, more than we've ever had before. We won it in an America. We're very proud of. They've done incredible. They've really been an incredible company. But we're doing some unbelievable business. Chips will have a big percentage of the chip business by the time I leave office, which could be a long time. Who knows? But it could also be fairly quick. Hey, he always saying that. Now the manufacturing jobs are going up. So all of these indicators on manufacturing are happening and it's because of tariffs. It's because of trade actions. It's because of the investment credits you've given people, the tax credits, everything you're doing. The energy policy, all of it is bringing manufacturing back here, protecting American workers and American jobs. That that gold eagle right here like that. I wish I had that. That That's something I would have had behind me right now. Hundreds of billions of dollars worth of dollars. I mean, just money. The money that we've never seen anything like it with no inflation. By the way, everyone said, "Oh, there'll be inflation." We have very low inflation. We brought inflation way down. I inherited the worst inflation in the history of our country. They say 48 years, but I say the history of our country and from the Biden administration. And we're bringing it way down. So, uh, the numbers that of of I mean, beyond the money being brought in, the number of factories being built in our country is more now than we have ever seen before. There's never been anything like it. And uh you're going to see his favorite thing. You're seeing the results already in construction jobs cuz they're being built all over the country. But uh in another year as they start to open uh there's never been we call it the golden age of America. That's what it is. Now if we could talk uh Steve maybe you could discuss what we're dealing with on birthright citizenship. We had a very decision in the Supreme Court concerning birthight. was close but a very very unfortunate decision. Uh so we're uh making adjustments because it's very unfair. This was done for a different reason. This was done right after the Civil War. This was for the babies of slaves and uh what's happening now. People are building businesses around it from wealthy people are building businesses around birthright citizenship. That's not the way it was supposed to work. It's a disgrace. They're buying their way in and uh we're not going to let it happen. So Stephen, if you will, please. Yes. So today the president blue tie Trump. Okay. Orders here relating to birthright citizenship and birth tourism. As the president mentioned, the 14th amendment was passed exclusively in the aftermath of the civil war so to ensure that the children of slaves would be citizens. It had no other meaning and purpose outside of that. And that's been clear obviously since the day that it was passed. You can go back, you can read the congressional debates. This was not something that's even seriously contested by anybody. The president is using his authority as commanderin-chief to sign first an executive order using the new ruling the Supreme Court issued to expand the definitions of people who are ineligible for birthright citizenship. That includes, for example, alien enemies of the United States, members of foreign terrorist organizations, and large categories of people who lobby and act on behalf of foreign governments. And so with taking this action, it ensures that large numbers of people who wrongly would be getting birthright citizenship will no longer be eligible for those benefits. The second action that he's taking, which is especially historic, is for the first time ever in American history, to ban birth tourism. So, I want you to really let that sink in. This has been something that people have talked about not only for years, but for decades. the idea that people come here pretending to be a tourist, pretending to be a visitor, saying they want to go to Disneyland or they want to go visit a a monument or go to a national park. But the real reason they're here is to have a child, to make that child an automatic citizen, leave our country, and then have a US citizen child. It gives them access under this broken system to the welfare benefits ultimately to the voting booth and all the other rights welfare and then have a US citizen child. It gives them access under this broken system to welfare benefits ultimately to the voting booth and all the other rights and privileges that belong solely to Americans. So that pride them folks that y'all considering white on the census need to be held accountable too. I I don't know why I'm always seeing so-called black and so-called Latino people, the only ones that's got and and Haitian, the only ones. Let me see more. And I do see some coming from uh France being deported. Um but no, I'm with them Somalians are not being deported. Where they at? I'm not seeing no where the rest of the Europeans being deported at. It's a whole bunch of them, you know. Come on now. and they benefiting off the welfare benefits ba basically American taxpayers and that needs to be restructured because why are the indigenous people being taxed the hardest out of everybody now that's something now I want to get with somebody on that note like we need to do something on that note so we can make that an alarming topic like keep this in mind y'all that's that's something I definitely want to do here recently I I want I don't know who to get with on that note, but I want to do that. I want to make that an alarming thing. I want that to be like a trending topic where because we are taxed differently from everybody else. We're taxed the worst from everybody else. I want that to change. I want that to change. Like for example, your paycheck, you and somebody else that doesn't share the same skin complexion as you and I, y'all could be working at the same job, for example, and y'all supposed to and y'all doing the exact same thing, same job title and everything, right? You are supposed to be receiving the same amount of money as that other person, right? At least a roundabout. But at least a roundabout. I'm just saying because I know that would depend on experience and blah blah blah blah box. So that could fluctuate, but there should be no reason why you're being taxed harder. Now, what I mean by that is is they're taking out at least 400 to a,000 more dollars out of your taxes versus somebody else. They're And I was encouraging people on Tik Tok and I was encouraging people on YouTube basically YouTube and then went to Tik Tok cuz I seen they chopped it up. I was I was encouraging people to hey compare it with your buddies. Compare your paycheck with your buddies. And I'm not playing like what I mean by buddies is man like you not trying to be funny. Y'all supposed to be getting paid around about the same amount. Hey man, let me just see so I could compare apples to oranges. Get it? But you supposed to be comparing apples to other apples. But just let me just see. But I want that to be a campaign. And I want that done some type of way where that noise could be made and then a broader scope could be placed onto that because that hasn't been looked into and it should in my opinion. Birth tourism is as of the signing of this order hereby banned and what that means is that no one in the world is any more allowed to obtain a visa for this fraudulent purpose. It is probably and President Trump has done many historic things on immigration. Too many to listen. Y'all got to hurry up. Trump look like he tired. Record deportations, record integrity, stopping foreign terrorism. Trump is falling asleep. In drug seizures, dismantling criminal cartels, dismantling the gangs, right? Everything he's done that has been so unprecedented. I would put this in the top three in terms of importance because it ends what has been one of the gravest and most egregious. Notice he said country not nation citizenship. I thought we were going to win it at the Supreme Court. Unfortunately, we had a bad decision. Very unfair decision. Our country suffers because of it. And we're ending it a different way. Mr. President, Mr. President, at the Supreme Court, John Sauer, the solicitor general, did not have an answer as to how many individuals take advantage of birth tourism. Is there a number that you I'll tell you right now. Hundreds of thousands. Okay. Hundreds of thousands. You have uh one man came in with a family head said he had 56 children. Another one came in they said they had 98 children. Now hold on wait a minute. Hold on. And and and actually historically I noticed that was that is that same point was happening in the past um especially in the early 1900s. A lot of the foreigners were coming over here were um gaining land. Some of them were getting land, getting a house, and they were creating what they called um orphan centers that we would call orphan centers now, but back then they were not called that. And they would adopt a whole rack of immigrants that's not a part of their family, but they had to consider them their family. Okay? And it was a bunch of them at one time. 50, 60, all the way up to 70 to 80 like he said. And I didn't know that that was a move that they were making in order for those children who were supposed to be trying to get American citizenship in order for them to gain American citizenship and the people, you know, their parents left. Like the tourists came over here, you know, had a child with somebody else and had to leave, right? But those children were being picked up by the foreigners that were able to stay that had their house set and they shared it their farms and everything. It's become a big business and we're ending that business. Please. What makes you confident? What makes you confident, Mr. president that this will pass constitutional right like the cabbage patch kids. Correct. Just like the cabbage patch. Well, I think in fact uh I asked a very talented person named Will Sharf who's standing right behind me and you want to discuss that? Will you felt pretty surely strongly about it? The law is absolutely clear. What we're talking about as Steven said with respect to birth tourism, something that used to happen incidentally where somebody who happened to be on vacation here went into labor early and had a baby. This was sort of a a you know a relatively small problem. What we've seen in recent years though is uh organized rings at times criminal rings setting up a system whereby tens, hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands of people can come to this country in an organized fashion and and give birth here purely for the the sake of obtaining birthright citizenship. This order takes a number of different actions. But that's been the reason why I brought that up is because that's been happening historically. Now they're trying to crack down on that. But that was their main ticket, main ticket in have a child with somebody, you know, then some type of way they're able to gain American citizenship, whether if it's right then and there or later on down the line. They found loopholes, but again, it's been happening for years all the way back then as probably even uh before that. But I just so happened to mention that and go in detail in that documentary that I'm referring to called Mother Rosa and which I I don't even have that trailer on here. Do I do I have it on here? I don't. I don't cuz that was a while ago. I put Mother Rosa out. When did we put Mother Rosa out? 2020 four. I believe we put Mother Rosa out in 2024. So, it's still good though. If you haven't seen it, it's still up on the site. Intended to combat those sorts of organized practices. uh we look very heavily at denying visas uh to people that we have reason to believe uh are coming here for that purpose. Visas both for uh punitive parents but also for the people organizing these rings. Uh there's also obviously a law enforcement component. Uh we'll have a full fact sheet released on this soon. But what we're doing is taking uh legally validated means that are clearly within our disposal and targeting them square on uh to this birth tourism industry. Uh there's absolutely nothing in here that runs a foul of any of the Supreme Court's opinions on the subject. This is frankly it's action that's overdue. And I'm thankful that President Trump is finally taking decisive action to combat this this issue of birth tourism now that it's been queued up in the way that it has uh as a result of the Supreme Court's opinion. This should have been done a long time ago. This should have happened years ago, but we're taking care of it now. Please, thank you. Can you help us understand how you distinguish between a tourist and a birth tourist? Well, I'll let you discuss it, please. Yes, happy to. And so, by the way, that was an excellent presentation, Stephen. The Yes. For those of you who want to do your uh your research on this section 215A of the Immigration and Nationality Act gives the president this authority. 215A of the Immigration Nationality Act. Very rarely used. probably one of the strongest laws in the entire 1952 in this power and that's not the only but it's the main statutory authority that's being used in this order. So birth tourism is by definition a fraud on the American system on the American taxpayer on the American visa. If you're coming here and again your state of purpose is that you're a tourist then by definition you are here to come for a few weeks look what we have engage in commerce and leave. So, if you're telling a concert officer you're here as a tourist, but your true purpose and intent is to go to a baby mill, give birth, and try to mint an American citizen while you're here, then you're committing a fraud against the American government. And by definition, that visa can and should and will be now denied. Mr. President, there is a report that you told donors that they need to get JD Vance elected in 2028. Is that your official endorsement? No, it's uh I heard about it a little while ago. I think he's great, but we're way too early to even be thinking about that. Okay. And then Mr. Uh-oh. That was a little shot. Does he have a problem with uh JD Vans? That's his vice president. Oh, that was a shot. That was a shot. That was a shot at JD Vance. I don't know about that one. And um and it was pretty good. But I I may even update it and do a part two now that I see that he put out an um another executive order to try to, you know, do away with certain parts of it. So, they did kind of narrow it down to certain parts that they feel as though should work. Um but they got brushed out by the Supreme Court, which is interesting. You know, apparently some Republicans were for that narrative as well. I'm pretty sure the reason why that didn't get pushed out or made law lawful or they were, you know, going against his first executive order was because the majority of them are immigrants. The majority of the policy makers are immigrants. Let's be real. Let's be real. It's a contradiction. That girl, what's her name? That girl, um, what's that senator? I mean, not senator. She's a um uh what is her? She is a uh the Somalian lady. The Somalian lady in um not Massachusetts. Oh man, y'all know who I'm talking about. We're expecting to hear on Thursday from the state medical examiner as what the official cause of death is. According to testimony in municipal court, investigators have charged an individual as a person of interest on unrelated charges. The 65year-old man was questioned in the hours after Fortune was found hanging from a tree in the backyard of a vacant house on Road of Remembrance one week ago. People are upset about it and quite naturally they should be. Uh this is something that that's a very disturbing situation in case in our city and in our state. It's it's a hold on y'all. It's multiple people being Yeah. See, this is another reason why tomorrow or later on today rather when I go live. Um I had some stuff written down. I had some stuff that I want to go over. Keep in mind she was found in an abandon in the backyard of of an abandoned house. This was a 65year-old man uh that was found with a with a gun on him and he was a felon. He not supposed to be having a weapon on him. This was interesting. I mean, I would love for them to give us a uh you know, race. Just slap the race on it real quick. You know, can I hear that real quick? 65. Was he black? Let me hear. Remains were found. They say he admitted to arguing with Fortune 2 days before her remains were found, but he denied harming her. Given Mississippi's Wait, Tate Asia. Say Asia if found hanging from a tree behind a vacant house. You got to go from where you were to how you got there like you were snatched out of your house walking down the street car jacked etc. Yeah, this was it was definitely planned for sure. Tay Asia. Mayor Horn says he understands why many may be feeling afraid. When incidents like this pop up, the natural conclusion is, "Oh, there's something very heinous and and and um uh that hearkens back to our past. That's a part of this. I'm not sure that's the case at this point." I mean, of course, you're not sure, but you're supposed to say the more professional way. Okay. Especially with people that's trying to know answers just as well as you are about what happened to her. You're supposed to say, "But we can't rule any of that out." Just like we can't rule out that there was no foul play. Like you I mean speak more professional in this sense and cater to people's feelings in this sense when they know that they have Mississippi has a history, you know, of this of lynchings. I don't care if you're the mayor, you know, but if you're going to be the mayor, you need to be for the people, not for the government of that state. You know, but see, some of these people that they put in political positions of power are not for the people. They're not. They're just there to get a check. That person of interest, who again, we are not naming or showing their photograph. That individual was being held was given a bond for $250,000 on that charge of being a felon and possession of a firearm. And we just checked the recent Hines County inmate detail.
