thing with Flock cameras. Very, very
weird what they're doing. Like, how much
more do you want to know? And this is
this is By the way, I actually think
this is going to be a topic of
discussion in midterms in 2028 that
people have to address. That people
truly have to address. So, let me let me
kind of go through this with you.

you tell me how you feel about this.

right, here we go. Flock planned to use
350,000
Uber, Lyft, and delivery drivers as
mobile license plate cameras. What?
K- Uber drivers? Yes.
W- What's your outcome? Why are you
doing this? A Flock presentation
obtained through a public record request
shows the surveillance company
planned to use dash cameras installed in
hundreds of thousands of Uber, Lyft, and
delivery cars to collect license plate
data of its net for its network. The
document written to present to Georgia
office of the attorney general last
August stated Plus, Nexar partnership,
which include 350,000 Uber, Lyft, and
other delivery service devices. Flock
told 404 Media it never executed the
partnership with Nexar, but the
presentation lays out the company's plan
to enlist ride share and delivery
drivers to gather license plate data. It
is not clear whether Uber, Lyft, and or
drivers would have known
their vehicles were being used for this
purpose. Nexar sells dash cams that
provide front cabin and rear view and
already offers clear license plate
capture with full HD video. Neither Uber
nor Lyft responded to request
for comment from 404 Media. The report
comes as Breitbart News recently
documented at least 50 law enforcement
officers caught using Flock data to
stalk victims, including online police
chief who allegedly tracked his
ex-girlfriend
and her teenage daughter plates about
600 times. Vinny, your thoughts on this?
It's It's I'm 1,000% against this, and I
don't know how how all the all Americans
are always like, "Our privacy this, our
privacy that." This should be at the
forefront. And I don't know

This isn't Wakasha County, Wisconsin.
Police boxed in the silver SUV, held two
people at gunpoint after Flock camera
flagged the vehicle as connected to a
Milwaukee homicide involving an armed
suspect. The
There was no no accident, no traffic,
stuff like that, but the traffic was
ridiculous. The Flock system scanned the
license plate, matched it to an alert in
the database, and police responded like
potential dangerous, guns drawn, about
to kill this person. The problem was the
alert was outdated. The the police no
longer were looking for the vehicle or
the people inside of it, but someone
failed to remove it from the system,
okay? Human error in this computer. And
the camera did exactly what it was
designed to do. It read the plate,
alerted the police on that information.
And by the way, this isn't the first I
saw a video pad. This lady's at her
house. This video here up on the Play

Look that.
Guns drawn, pulled over a car they say
was flagged by Flock cameras in
connection to a homicide.
No, hands open.
Turns out this was all some sort of
mishap
with the Flock camera systems. In fact,
They think that's a murder because the
car the the camera's reading the license
plate, reporting to the police station,
but the police station didn't update it.
So, they're chasing this person, stops
them in the traffic. There's another one
where a woman is summoned by the the
detective shows up to her house and
goes, "This is you. You're stealing a
package." And she's sitting there calm
going, "No, no, I'm not." He's like,
"You're lying. This is 100% you." Guess
what? It's not her. And then you
mentioned there's up to 50 people are
using it to spy on people. There's two
other videos I sent Connor. That one
guy's at a golf course. Look at this.
What the hell is this doing at a golf
course? You're golfing. What What
Really? Really? You want to track people
there? That is unbelievable. At a
shooting range and everything. I'm just
telling you guys right now, and it's
being used to stalk people. Let cops do
their job, okay? We pay them to do their
jobs. Give them the tools to go after
criminals. I don't want cameras in every
corner, Pat. By the way, this is AI. It
tracks movement. If there's a dent on
your car, it could flag you, and it
knows that
let me tell you what my concern here is.
It's less Flock, it's more Nexar.
Because a a a study of 2023 academic
study used 24.8 million Nexar dash cam
images
from rideshare drivers in New York City
to identify where police vehicles were
located. Researchers detected police
vehicles
in 233,596
images and use that information to
analyze police deployment. Okay. So,
then here's my question for you, Vinnie.
That's maybe it's the devil's advocate.
Are you okay with Waze telling you
there's a cop ahead?

But are you okay with the technology
that tells you a quarter of a mile ahead
of you there's a there's a cop?

I'm kind of indifferent because it
doesn't really apply
A lot of people would say they support
it. It's legal.
Well, well, a lot of times it's like
there's like a cop that was there
that cop was there because they were
doing something

Okay. That's a form of it. That's a form
of surveillance.
True, but it but but but but that is
Wazers. Shout out to the Wazers. They're
they're reporting on what they're
seeing. When it's a surveillance state,
I'm 100% against it.
yeah, but the other part of it is also
technology
that that shows what they're doing
because this Nexar company,
you know, this isn't a new thing. Like
Nexar's been doing this for a while.
They you know, Nexar has deliberately
targeted rideshare drivers for you. In
2021,
it partnered with New York City's black
car fund to put cameras in thousands of
vehicles driven by independent and
rideshare drivers. 2021 is 5 years ago.
So, have you ever heard of Nexar?

Nexar, no.
But, I know about the program and I know
why they were doing this. They were
putting cameras inside black cars
because drivers were getting jumped. Uh
they also um put cameras back there
because um uh
drivers were uh hearing things and then
the police wanted to know, "Hey, when
the two guys got in the back of your
car, one of them had the black backpack
ba ba ba ba ba ba. What did you notice?"
I wasn't paying attention. I I followed
my Uber, you know, map that I was
supposed to and I dropped them off.
"Where did you drop them off? What did
you see?" So, police have been trying to
get this. Um so, I did not know about
Nexar, the company, but I know I am very
familiar with the program um because uh
police wanted the surveillance data pa
on people in the back of the car and you
would get into an Uber and there'd be a
little sign, "You are under
surveillance."
Yeah.
Because there are female Uber drivers
that didn't want to get robbed or jumped
as well.

Imagine when it's in the hundreds of
thousands where detectives are showing
up to your house going, "This is you.
You're under arrest." And then you have
to wait to prove yourself. And then
what's going to be the next thing is
going to be pre-crime. Listen, from the
steps that you're taking now, we assume
that you're going to probably go and
kill this person cuz you're mad at her
cuz she broke up with you.

made a deal with Ring to get door camera
stuff and then they also made a uh deal
they actually bought Aerodome, which was

uh police drones. They bought the
company. And they're trying to provide
this. Amazon Ring cameras cuz Amazon
bought Ring.
Pat homeowners associations wanted
people in their neighborhoods, everyone
please get a Ring camera so that we can
turn this over to police and those of
you that have been having high-value
Amazon packages stolen on your porch,
what are those called? Porch pirates?
Says, now we can turn this over to
police. So on that side people go, hey
that's great. Hey, are you looking
forward to AOC being president in 2028
and using data like this

And then bad people use it for the
benefit. And then bad people use

I understand that this stuff's
happening. Everyone's got a cell phone.
Everybody's a citizen journalist these
days. We're going to Nobody wants a
surveillance state, but like cameras are
everywhere. Ring cameras are everywhere.
Thank God we have cameras in certain
places. Yes, we don't also want to be
tracked. So I I think there's like a
pros and cons thing here. I don't think
this is a black and white issue. What
will probably happen is like somehow you
could register and like opt out of being
tracked or something like that because
we do believe in, you know, move freedom
of movement not having being being
tracked, but don't you think this kind
of stuff is just inevitable, but it's
it's weird. It's eerie.
Look, Andy Andy Andrew Bustamante, shout

Bustamante, um when we were on he says,
brother this is what I'm trying to tell
you that we are living in surveillance
state and there's nothing you can do
about it. They're watching everything
that we're doing. And if I'm not
mistaken
if I'm not mistaken
that he even recently just announced
that he's leaving the state and and
going to a completely different place.

He's the least discreet spy ever. He's
like, hey guys, I got a podcast and I'm
going to go into hiding now.

out. You know, you you got to read these
guys' books to see where they're at with
the stuff that they know. Because he
said, "Pat, this is happening whether

kills spy skills to gain an unfair
advantage in work and life. And that

to me when you think about this, it's
here. It's just how much they're going
to expand. And it will be a political
thing that some guys will support it,
but it is going to be on the ballot. I
think Flock will be a topic of
discussion
in 2028. When we did the governor debate
with Paul Renner, Jay Collins, and James
Fishback, right?
You know what they all wanted to talk
about? Flock cameras. Every one of them
wanted to talk about the Flock cameras.
And it was a very By the way, let me say
something about the debate that
everybody knows cuz people keep asking
me uh uh Byron Donalds,
who is the leading candidate, he's ahead
by a mile. I don't know where he's at
between 35 to 45%. He said he would do
the debate if anybody hits double digit.
On multiple reports, Jay Collins and
Fishback, whether you like these guys or
not or support them or not, they both
hit double digits. I've called Byron
Collins and I've texted him. I've not
heard back. So, from my end, cuz my name
is also on the line, I've reached out to
try to bring Byron to do the debate.
His team hasn't gotten back to me. He
hasn't texted me back. He's always been
very good at getting back to me. He
hasn't done that thus far. And that is
their way maybe of saying that they
don't think they need to do the debate.
I do applaud the Collins camp and the
Fishback camp that got to double digits.
I actually really really really like
Paul Renner.
I really like what he had to say. Nobody
knew who he was. And sometimes marketing
matters. But uh Byron Donalds told me he
would do it. He hasn't done it. You
know, he's probably going to end up
being a Florida governor here. And it's
not like I want to have a thing with all
the Florida governors every single
flipping time. This is probably a guy
that I'm aligned with a lot of the
things he believes in.
But, um
we try to schedule the What does that
number show?

Trump debated multiple times. And Trump
was the president previously. And
Donald's has not been the governor, but
they're already going to the other side.

Evan Power. Yeah, what's the last day by
the way? What's the last day if they do
decide to have a debate or not? Uh uh
you know when the primary ends for
Florida? Can you see what the date is? I
think it's August 23rd or August
up soon.
It's coming up here soon. So.
But, he's going to debate in the
general, right?
Of course he's going to debate
Democratic candidate.
August 18th. So, there that day cannot
come fast enough

I'm about the debate, especially if
you're not a governor yet. I'm about the
debate and we're going to be around for
a while. If you give me your word, keep
your word. I don't like it when you give
me your word and you don't keep your
word. Anyways, let me pass on move on to

probably going to end up being the
governor of Florida.

And when he does, we're going to support
him. But, if you deal with me long-term
and you tell me you're going to do
something you don't do it, that's a
