We've done a lot of videos on war
driving, how you can get started war
driving, what is war driving, and today
it brings me great pleasure to tell you
that on wgarss.pl
is a dflock.org team. And it gets a
little better than that. Now, if you
detect an ALPR or a flock safety camera,
and soon to be a lot more, we're going
to be doing a whole video on Axon street
light cams pretty soon as well. it will
be displayed on wdgars.pl
acting as somewhat of another database
with dflock.org. Now, it's not an
official collaboration or at least I'm
not sure if it is. I'm I'm almost sure
it's not. But seeing Dlock get involved
with WDG Wars is simply amazing. As now
you can contribute to a crowdsourced
database just like Dlock, but on WDG
Wars where most war drivers are
uploading to wiggle.net and WDG Wars.
And there's a lot more aspects that have
been added to WDG Wars, like a
full-blown workshop where you can
utilize your war drive logs. You can
confirm or deny whether or not a flock
camera was detected or if it's in fact
where you detected it, if it was an
actual camera. I say this because
sometimes um toothbrushes will get
detected as flock cameras and even um
what are they called? the um CPAP
machines will get detected as flock
cameras. But having people confirm that
it was in fact a flock camera also gives
a another aspect as
organizations like DFlock are being
demonized and since they've been
demonized uh the uh Flock CEO
Garrett Garrett Langley has um
apologized for that. But I would be the
last person to tell you if I thought
that apology or anything out of his
mouth was genuine or in anybody's best
interest. But we're going to be going
over the new updates and there are some
features that are not hidden behind a
payw wall per se, but if you support WDG
Wars, you get access to a few more
features. Obviously, this video is for
educational purpose only. Remember to
only test your own hardware. Do not test
networks or devices or anything that you
do not have explicit permission to test
on. Follow all local laws. I don't
condone any illegal activity. Get
involved with your local city council,
please. And don't be a skit. All right,
so we've gone to wdgars.pl.
And this is all you got to do is go to
wdgars.pl. I love this new map. It is
amazing to see how many people are
getting into war driving in real time
from from the Philippines. I believe
that's Ratkin. And uh who else is there?
Who is that? Cocoa Strip Club, the
farmer, go figure. Shout out Ratkin. And
uh Dova War drivers.
This is awesome. But uh one thing that I
found really cool is in my home country,
literally surrounding
where my grandma's from all the way down
to where is this? Berb. Oh my god, it is
Berb. That's crazy. [laughter]
But uh yeah, you got BWM all over here,
which is so badass. There used to be a
hidden Easter egg over Janine that uh
was placed there for me, but uh since
the map update, it hasn't been there.
But if you look at the United States,
yeah, there we go. Now it loaded. We
have a new string of blue. And if we go
in and scroll over that right there and
click it, dflock.org, or seven players
on the team. 14 APs in the cell. This is
simply amazing. I love WDG Wars and I
have been an advocate and a fan of this
from the very beginning. You can go over
here, you got BWM over here, you got
Coco Strip Club really painting the
country. Uh what is that? A shade of
purple. Hell yeah. But that's not really
what's important. If we take a look
right over here, let's uh that's the
bounty board. Okay, the bounty boards,
we've already gone over that. But over
here, we'll find workshop. Now, under
workshop, you can then analyze and
really take another aspect of security
research when it comes to war driving in
particular. So, these are my this this
is mine right here. 2,289,596
signals intercepted. We got RF, Wi-Fi,
Bluetooth, ADSB, and Flock. Now, if you
detect the Flock camera and you upload
it to WDG Wars.pl, you can then confirm
if that is in fact the Flock camera or
not. And this is just an another aspect
to the crowdsource database that I'm
honestly loving. Over here, it says lost
and found. Bluetooth is not whole ground
and will not because the devices
reshuffle their addresses every few
minutes. What you found on the way is
still yours in a different sense. Nobody
can take it. It does not decay and it
cannot be fought over. This is a
collection, not a land. So, right now,
it's recounting the collection based off
the Bluetooth networks that we've picked
up. And over here, we can basically get
an understanding of how we can analyze
that war drive data. So, if we click
right there, we got four phones,
smartwatches,
that that's a car. Yep, that's a car, I
guess. and uh 33 that's a speaker. So
this is just I I love the fact that
there's an educational aspect as well as
examples based on your exact rhythm. Now
there are some demonstrations right here
for how a phone detects different or how
a war driver detects different phones
and we can click this button and a demo
will display down here what is picked up
and in real time. Now, I only use one
node for war driving Bluetooth mostly.
I'm war driving for Wi-Fi signals. But
they've also recently added, what is it?
Cell phone towers, which is nice because
wiggle.net also lets you war drive
Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cell phone towers
as well. Now, going back to my personal
profile right here, we can take a look
at how many networks we've captured from
enemies and how many we've lost to
enemies, as well as who you raided. Coco
strip club mostly because it's it's Coco
and Biscuit in my area that we're
technically going over. You got badges
down here that tell you every badge that
you've pretty much accomplished. So,
under secrets, I got pirate night shift
patron and uh some of the features under
workshop are only accessible through um
supporting becoming a a Patreon
supporter. And I would implore you to
definitely support this project as well
as all the other projects that really
put signal intelligence on the map as
well as war driving. I am a huge fan of
war driving. Like it's one of my
favorite hobbies and I'm an advocate for
people to get into the signal
intelligence aspect of war driving as
well. But if we look here, we can see
our daily rhythm as well as our rigs.
And down here we can see what I've named
every rig, what's getting me the most
APS. And uh yeah, we got uh Chris. So I
stuck a war driver in my friend's
plumbing truck. And Keon has a war
driver of mine. And he's also down here.
You got the biscuit Android new. I had
to change my key. And over here you got
your channel map. Now, under channel
map, you can basically get an idea of
which channels [music] are really
flooded with access points. Now, this is
the channel interference analyzing of
war driving that I usually talk about in
my war driving videos. And over here,
we're analyzing the 2.4 GHz band. There
are 14 channels. Technically, you'll
only ever use 11. 12 and 13 is just
Yeah, it's very rare is what I'm saying.
Now, hunt predictor right here is
another aspect where you can analyze the
density [music]
and we can do security deep dives based
on hidden SSIDs and you know different
web networks. The Bluetooth radar allows
us to detect how many Bluetooth devices
and which Bluetooth devices we've really
picked up on the most. So that's audio
right here, headphones and things like
that, wearables, phones, [music]
trackers, beacons, cars, and down here
we get the evil twin duplicates. Now, we
can investigate these [music] and most
of them are hotels. So, uh, right here
it says Gaylord guest on the national
harbor. There is a hotel [music] where
Macfest is typically run at called the
Gaylord. And, uh, you know, that's, uh,
that's that's basically what it picked
up right there. as well as our Max
clones, duplicate SSIDs, and down here
we got war driver DNA and mine says road
legend. Uh I don't really look for
Bluetooth signals, but I I usually keep
one node, just just one node to uh make
sure that's not just absolutely at zero.
Another thing I want you guys to take a
look at is the lab bench. This is free
for everybody and this really takes the
next level to war driving. Being able to
do a little bit more than just analyze
the data as well as planning around what
you might encounter in the field and an
idea of how trial trial [music]
trial trial.
God damn that word is long. But this is
why I'm actually a huge fan of certain
duplicates cuz we can get an idea on how
exactly we [music] can pinpoint and how
wiggle pinpoints exactly where a network
really is as opposed to just, you know,
getting one where it might be completely
off and you've detected it from so far
away that it's away from where it
actually is on the map. Then lastly, you
got from lead to finding the uh call
sign decoder down here as well. But this
right here for flock, I find ingenious.
So we mentioned that you can confirm or
deny if a cameras there, but these are
just coordinates. If we rightclick these
coordinates, [music] we can get an exact
idea of where this was detected in the
first place. And uh where's Okay,
there's the government center. Yeah,
there. Okay, so I know exactly where
this is is. This is right next to
Germantown. Yep, this is Germantown
Road. That is in fact a flock camera.
So, to make sure that everybody knows
it's a flock camera, we're going to
press yes right there. Now, we could do
the same with these coordinates. And
basically, it gives you another aspect
of confirming if something is in fact an
ALPR or not. And I I think this is
ingenious, man. That way, you're not
accidentally, you know, detecting
something else like a toothbrush or
something. Now, if we click DIY, this is
what I mean, I love this. Being able to
have an entire database on how you can
DIY your own war driver. And that's the
beauty of it. You don't need to get a
fancy gadget. Although, if you're into
any of the ESP32 gadgets that we've gone
over so many of them, you can DIY your
own war driver or you can war drive with
one of the many devices where you can
find a war driving menu on. And each
custom firmware's war driver is well,
it's different. It depends on each war
driver and how it war drives. Now, I'm a
huge fan of just war drivers that come
out with war drivers. And I know that's
a whole lot of war drivers in one
sentence, but it just believe me, it
makes sense. Over here, you have like
this will show you if you don't know how
to solder an idea of what's a good
joint, what's a bad joint, and what's a
a little bit too much, and what exactly
is a bridge. Now, these are solder
points, of course, and it gives you a
description. And I I [music] just I
think this is ingenious, man. Being able
to also get an idea on how you can
solder on an antenna and you a basic
like let's say an antenna to SMA instead
of IPEX. It'll tell you right here in
this little virtual demonstration how to
cut the trace and then solder on your
own antenna. The last thing I want to
show you guys, I actually can't
physically show you cuz I sent my
Marauder V8 to a friend of mine to be
able to do a video on it, but we'll be
going over it sometime soon as soon as I
can borrow maybe Hedg's V8 for a video.
Keep in mind that all of WDG Wars is
typically usually based around another
person's war driver that you then bought
or diyed yourself. There's a couple of
different ways, as we've mentioned, to
Warrive, but Loco SP, the creator of WDG
Wars.pl
Xiaoi ESP32C5 or a ESP32C5 with over 8
megabytes of flash memory, add a GPS, SD
card, you're pretty much good to go. Or
a Marauder V8. This right here is the
web flasher. You can go to flash right
here. It'll tell you which browsers are
in fact supported. Firefox doesn't
support a damn thing. Safari is in the
way. And you know on on phone just just
no. You stick with Chrome, Edge or
Opera. And okay, I take that back. Stick
with Opera. Opera 100%. Now these are
the compatible devices. Marauder V8,
Marauder V8, Xiao C5, and of course your
Node firmware for overthe-air updates.
And also I think I told a halftruth. I
think four megabytes might be more than
I think four me I think. Yeah, four
megabytes of flash memory would be more
than enough. So, there's a lot of
compatible devices here. And I think
this is ingenious. You got a serial
monitor right over here, as well as an
idea of how you can make sure it
actually runs. And if you got a Xiao,
you can add a battery and you're pretty
much good to go. Prefer a terminal? You
got your commands right here. You can
check it yourself if you're just
absolutely sure. Down here, it'll tell
you the OTAA files and how you can
pretty much get everything set up. That
way you have a war driver that's you
know actually native to wdg wars.pl. The
reason why I like just call me coco c5
war driver in particular is because you
can upload to both and it was my first
like all just war driving device that
made me just it was it's it is [music]
in fact amazing. But I test out war
driving with a lot of different war
drivers. So I you know I I upload a lot.
So, there you go. A newly updated WDG
Wars.pl with what looks like an entire
team of DFlockers. If you'd like to join
a team, I would encourage you to join
our team, the Blackwire Militia. But you
can join any team. And there are so many
teams. And at this point, I would
encourage you to join dflock.org. And if
you haven't downloaded dflock.org and
you want to be involved and as well as
planning your routes around ALPRS and
just generally interact with people
within the community. I forgot to
mention there's an entire chat room on
WDG Wars.p and people are coming
together for a common cause because
that's what I love about war driving is
you take the hardware and the security
research and the testing that we do and
you combine it with a game. And I love
the gamification of war driving as
before WDG Wars, it used to be people
fighting to the top to get to Wiggle on
the leaderboard. And if you in case you
guys didn't know, our team Nerdtech in
the last 7 months have finally made it
to the top five. And I couldn't be
happier, man. Seeing how we've moved
from 113th place to the top five is a
testament of how awesome it is when
people come together to prove that the
underdog always has a chance at the top.
